I have to give 5 stars for the customer service received. My order had a mix-up with one of the products in it. I emailed about it and because I live local-ish to the company base, they dropped the correct product to me and collected the incorrect one, no effort required on my part. I also love the range and quality of the products on offer too.

I am so happy to have found the same Keep Cup that I’ve been using for the past 8 years.
There are loads of types around, this one is perfect.
I replaced it because the seal was eventually leaking. Expected after years going through the dishwasher and thousands times being used.
Quick delivery, happy with the price as it’s a quality, glass cup, last for years & always to sip my coffee from it !
