Order was handled very quickly and efficiently. The packaging was eco-friendly and the product worked as advertised.

I needed a sunscreen for my daughter as she had an allergic reaction to all those we tried before - and I needed it quickly as we were going on holiday in a super warm weather. I contacted the company - as advised on their website - to say that I needed a super quick delivery. They answered instantly to say no problem and also suggested a more suitable version of the sunscreen and offered to replace the one originally ordered. The next day I had the cream, I was super happy. To make things perfect, the kid has zero allergic reactions to the sunscreen and it protected her really well in that weather.
The communication with the company was as if I was in a brick and mortar store, personal, fast and super friendly.
Will definitely use Faerly for my shopping from now on.

Really, really pleased with the entire experience. I placed the order late on a Friday evening of a bank holiday weekend, and it arrived at my home less than two business days later, on lunchtime Wednesday. The product itself (Aarke water carbonator) is just as advertised, and looks great and works perfectly. The little extras in the package (hand written thank-you note, little chocolate, wildflower seeds) were a lovely surprise. I'm so glad I chose Faerly to purchase this product from, and would recommend them without hesitation!

Fairly are a super company to deal with. I placed an order, which arrived very quickly. They could not have been nicer to deal with when I asked them a question about a product.The email response was immediate, even out of office hours. I highly recommend.

Faerly is always on par. Products are of good quality, they ensure fast delivery and love the fact that they stock greener options for toothpaste, cleaning products etc. My partner is obsessed with bubbly water but we are not keen in supporting Sodastream. I was over the moon when I found out faerly stocks replacement canisters! One improvement idea from me is that I would love if they would stock Irish brand called Lily's Ecoclean. Think they would make a lovely match with faerly.
