Very good service and cost effective delivery to UK
Changed my mind after ordering and James kindly amended order without issue. Recipient loved the parcel. Delivery was swift and I thought the price of delivery to UK was good considering I know charges have increased since Brexit which has put me off sending Irish gifts to UK as tax and delivery charges often end up more than the cost of the item. Will definitely use again.

Speedy delivery
Speedy delivery. Very pleased to see shredded cardboard as an alternative to bubblewrap to protect contents (Kotanical Essential Oils). A beautiful ‘Thank You’ card which I will use as a bookmark. I will use this company again because of their wide range of products and have recommended it to family and friends.

An amazing CO2 cylinder return service I didn't expect!
I discovered Faerly when researching return schemes for Sodastream cylinders. They provided fast turn around with 4 days between sending back my empty cylinders and receiving new ones. I've also noticed that the ethos for Faerly is sustainability and recycling. It was advised by them to keep my box to make a return in the future which is something larger companies fail to remind us about.
I sent back 3 sodastream bottles that I had purchased elsewhere and was still given €30 credit towards purchasing more from the site, something i didn't expect was possible until I came across this. Hoping to see others with soda machines make use of this return service as it is so easy.
All in all I've had a lovely
first experience with Faerly and it won't be my last.

Received my product today
Received my product today, very fast response time. Loved every moment from when i received my package to exploring my product. Even though I received mine through delivery the touches were very personal. Right down to the personal note and a chocolate token,wrapped in gold foil with a tiny thank you sticker. I will order more products from Faerly! Well done and thank you.

Exceptionally good!
I never write reviews but this company were exceptional. I received the order the day after placing it. Well packed in recycled materials, with a handwritten note. Really impressed with the whole process from start to finish.

Unfortunate need for return
I ordered two coffee cups from Faerly and unfortunately had an issue with them. I sent an email explaining and recieved a prompt response from James. He couldn't have been more helpful . I received two replacement cups this morning with a return label for the two previous cups. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received, and wish the Faerly team all the best for future buisness. I will be returning as a customer and I highly recommend shopping here !
