Excellent customer service!! Rizwana is very helpful. She helped me in placing my order. I got the order delivered on time.

I live in Canada & we chose n ordered FS’s Anamta online for my only daughter’s wedding. The dress was delivered on time and no doubt it was a stunning dress to look at but the nightmare started few days before the wedding when my daughter tried her dress and there were more then one defect in the dress.
The length was short, it reached to my daughter’s ankles instead of being a floor length. The sales girl was not trained/skilled enough to assist the customer professionally.
Anamta, is a ver heavy dress, with lots of flare. I requested them to have the zipper at the back, which is a sensible place to have a zipper for the ease of getting in n out of the dress but they refuse to do it n the dress came with a side zip n it was so tightly sewed in that it was hard to maneuver the zipper, it was stuck where bodice and the skirt meets, anyhow, the zipper broke before her wedding day. Five days before 🥵🥵🥵
The tulle was of really bad quality n was ruined from many places after one try.
The length of the dress was uneven.
The front opening was not in the middle, it was off balance.

There was no way or option to have the defects fixed here in Canada. Therefore my poor daughter wore the same dress with a very heavy heart.
The days leading up to the wedding were extremely stressful, frustrating and pain full, after the wedding I contacted the sales person n asked her about their customer service they don’t have anything called customer service and after chatting with 3 other people I got the contact number of their manager, Usman and upon explaining him about all the defects and sending him the pictures he told me that they will fix the dress if I bring it to the showroom in Pakistan, otherwise they are sorry and they can’t do anything.
I spend over 4 thousand dollars for this dress and it is a defective merchandise and they are telling me that they are sorry…this is pathetic they don’t have any business ethics or honesty whatsoever, they are not reliable or trustworthy at all. If they can’t own their mistakes then they should not do business here in the western countries because we are not used to this kind of behaviour and customer service, #faizasaqlain should be ashamed of her design house’s customer service. I would not recommend @faizasaqlain to anyone at all and I will continue to raise awareness about #faizasaqlain s sub standard merchandise n services.
I have pictures and conversations to proof if anyone have doubt that I am not being honest about my claims and I will continue to write on social media until I’m adequately compensated.

I was very fortunate to collaborate with Sumbal Yunas who was amazing from the word GO! Everything from placing an order to receiving delivery was through professional and sheer pleasure. Excellence in service & designs. First time visited the Store in Lahore, Pakistan. Odered some very nice Men Outfits and a Lehenga Choli Outfit for family in Germany. Bought a dress for Faisal Saqlain in October and needed it for an event in December, then I realised that for international order they need 10 to 12 weeks. I panicked and started messaging the team on WhatsApp. Saania was so supportive, not only did she calm my nerves she made sure my order was expedited and i already got my dress well before my event date. I was provided an extremely professional service. Very thankful to Saania and the brand. Definitely recommend buying from FS for any event 😍.

Giving 2 stars because I received on time my dress but disappointed by the quality.

We had a great experience with FS. Initially we started our correspondence with Sarah and ordered Sharwani + shoes. Everything was ready on time except shoes. Luckily associate OMAR, took over the situation and went above and beyond to help me out in shipping the Parcel on time. He is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and goes out of his way for his customers. For overseas people reliable customer service is the main thing and I have noticed that in OMAR. Because of his great service I’ll be ordering more and more outfits through him.
Thank you Omar for always updating me about new collection, and for providing exceptional service. Inshallah I’ll be in touch and will continue to order outfits for my whole family. 🙏👏👍 All the employees should learn from him….

I have ordered from them twice already, with no issues. I just ordered another outfit and asked if it could be delivered by November end. The rude ass person responds back “ma’am your order will be delivered in the timeframe I said”. I’ve had heard certain Pakistani brands have rude AF service but until now no one at FS behaved so snippy.

TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER, especially if they’re dealing with people overseas who are very used to polite service.

Rana Qasim in the men’s department has been absolutely incredible in his service and accommodating our customization requests. Highly recommend him for any clients looking to place their orders, he is brilliant at what he does.

Overall, my experience with Faiza Saqlain was good. Initially when I reached out with an inquiry about my bridal dress they responded quickly and I was in touch with Sarah, bridal consultant throughout and she was good at explaining everything and the process overall was smooth. However, sometimes I wouldn’t get a response right away and would have to wait 2-3 days. I got my bridal dress in the allotted time that I was told. I’ll most likely work with Faiza Saqlain again because the product and quality of the dress was great and I loved my bridal dress. Thank You!
