Ivy lue an angel in disguise! I lost my partner November 2022, I was an absolute mess, ivy lue went above and beyond for us with everything, even closing for our privacy with my partner. This lady is absolutely amazing! She was there for us, even out of hours ivy lue would check in on me to make sure I was okay, and I knew I could call on her for anything even if just a chat, she has so much compassion and I could never thank her enough for the whole process and for the day of the burial. I lost my mother in April and it was and still is very hard for me. A friend of mine told me about Falconers Funerals and I’m so glad they did. Ivylue is an absolute angel and she got me through this traumatic time. She literally took everything out of my hands and took care of it all. It didn’t feel like I was dealing with a business because she was so personable and understanding. From the first phone call with her I just knew it was her I wanted to handle my mothers homecoming. I just wish I knew about Falconers funerals when my dad passed in 2021. The whole team were amazing and I’ll never forget them and I would recommend them to anyone who has lost a loved one. Repatriation of Mom to Jamaica was never going to be easy but Ivylue guided and supported us throughout the process with so much love, care and understanding. My brother passed away in March and Falconers Funerals provided exceptional service. They were so caring and considerate of all of our needs during this incredibly difficult & stressful time. Ivylue comes highly recommended. We have used her service now for two family bereavements and both times she has delivered an excellent service to a very high standard. 5 stars? Can I give 10 stars? I don't know where to start! Ivy-Lou and her team delivered a bespoke and caring service. She went above and beyond her call of duty. I won't list all she did for us as thats personal, but if there's ever another bereavement in our family we will definitely be using Falconer Funerals again. I've recommended her services to many. She really is a step above the rest. There's not many black owned funeral homes in and around the West Midlands area. So its a pleasure to see her rise and shine like she should.
Many would want to see her fail, but she holds her head high and treats all families the same. Constantly professional even when having a laugh with her. What a lovely lady. What a lovely family. It was the first time I had heard of Falconer Funeral Director. I went to see Ivy-lou to discuss the burial of my son.

Ivy-lou was very professional and made me feel so comfortable and very helpful with the whole process , she was very caring and compassionate in this sad time.

Nothing was too much for her to deliver, she was in constant contact from start to end, and made the burial a day to remember.

Right from first meeting Ivylue at Falconer Funerals through to my sister’s funeral they were wonderful. Kind, considerate, compassionate and professional are words that spring to mind. We were strangers to the area and they guided us through everything and arranged my sister’s funeral to perfection. This included a service and interment out of their area and they took all the burden from our shoulders at such a difficult and emotional time, making arrangements with the vicar and transport of the coffin from Walsall to north Cheshire. I cannot recommend them highly enough - amazing!

Ivylue and her team were very supportive and helpful to us as a family. They were also very thoughtful and attentive throughout. At a very stressful and difficult time, Falconer Funerals did all they could to assist, advise and support us. This included being able to meet our preferred date for the funeral which also meant we were working towards a tight deadline. Wow, where do I even begin. Falconer’s Funerals provided us with such an remarkable experience that I will never forget and will forever be grateful for.

Whenever you go to a family/friend business you sometimes expect it to be 50/50 (really good or really unprofessional) However, this was NOT the case with Ivylue. She was completely professional throughout but also remained true to her nurturing and compassionate characteristics which made the whole experience 10x better as she was able to instantly connect with our emotions on a deeper level by being very empathetic - which is something most people lack nowadays!

Everyone that worked alongside Ivylue including (the lovely white lady - sorry i forgot her name) was absolutely outstanding in their role. So caring, friendly and allowed us to feel welcomed everytime we visited the shop.

Ivylue was always a phone call or text away and that made us feel at ease as we knew she actually cared about making our experience a 10/10! After experiencing the sudden death of my father I instantly knew that their was only one funeral home that I could trust and wanted to look after my Dad and help me and my father plan his funeral. Falconer Funerals were so supportive throughout the whole process and remained very professional. Ivylue in particular went above and beyond for me and my family and showed so much compassion towards us and made sure we was comfortable and happy with everything. The funeral was during the pandemic and i was very worried about how everything would run but it all came together and I know my Dad would of been smiling at how everything was arranged. I cant thank Falconer Funerals enough for everything they have done, they truly was there during the hardest time of our lives.
