Communication with the VIP manager is very poor. I've been trying for 4 days to get a bonus. Bad casino, not recommended.

I have not personally played at this casino, but it is operated by Lumina Holdings Limitada (Costa Rica), the same company behind other casinos where I had serious issues with payouts, VIP service, and live chat support.
Based on my experience with their other properties:
Responsible gambling requests were ignored
Payouts and cashback were not fully credited
VIP service was unhelpful
Live chat support was slow and deflective
Because this operator has a pattern of poor player protection and support, I strongly advise caution before depositing or registering.

This site is scamming i have 450€ in withdraw and they just cancelled it and the money is gone they did this so they canot pay you out they are scamming you the support is not even helping you

This is a shady scammer casino.

I was lured into registration with a promo offer of 350% Welcome bonus.
I wasnt sure if it was a bundle or if it counts for my first deposit.
So i screenshotted the offer on my bonus slide on their page and contacted the support.

After i was assured by the live Support that this offer counts for my first deposit and isnt a bundle i deposited.
But as i expected already i only received 100% so i contscted the support again and after waiting 40 minutes in the.live chat the exact same Person who Lied to me by assuring me it counts for my first deposit just sended me a screenshot of their bonus terms and told me its a bundle.

I asked if this is a joke and why she lied in the beginning but nevertheless she just told me their is nothing she can do and didnt had an explanation why she Lied to me in the first place.
After 5 minutes she only told me that she doesnt want to reply anymore and closed the Chat After sending this emote and telling me she wont reply anymore"😊".

I played on more than 30 sites now but never experienced such a scam which i clearly all recorded.
This casino has to stop operating as it lures customers with fake offers and lies to them when they ask about the offer.

Sadly their wasnt any review as this casino is Brand new.

Pls guys dont deposit in this casino as you for sure get scammed.
Their wasnt any wins either by the way.
