Right from the start, my Advisor Shivani Shah made mr feel comfortable and relaxed in talking about my debts. She explained the whole consumer proposal process to me very clearly and made me feel less stressed knowing I would have a great Advisor on my side to guide me through this program in helping me deal with my debts. In meeting my Trustee Brenda Wood for the online video conference meeting, I knew I was in good hands. She welcomed me with with open arms and made me feel comfortable knowing I made the right decision in taking this big step towards financial freedom.

I was Drowning in Debt. Never able to answer my phone, getting calls all day and night, letters in the mail. I didn't know what to do!!!!! I thought there was no way I would get out of this debt and was going to lose the only thing I had My house of 5 years, that I worked 30 years to buy. Then I saw this add on Facebook for Farber. I thought sounds like the same problems I'm having. I did call two other places prior to them, but the people I was in contact with at those other facilities I felt I knew more then them (and I know nothing at all). So I said I will give Farber a call. So I was put into Contact with "Kate Cayetano" (Thank you Kate) Wow was she ever full of knowledge and know how to speak to me and best of all I felt she was on my side. She made me feel like I could get out of this mess (she was my life jacket) Finally :-)
