Understanding and explanation
I had the opportunity to have Raymond Peake go through the process with me. He explained everything so well and answered all my questions. One thing that stood out was how humane he was. Being in debt is embarrassing and I always felt judged but he showed such understanding and had no judgment in the way he asked questions and got the necessary information.

Great experience with Farber.
I was very happy with the service at Farber, I was able to speak with someone right away and the people I spoke to were very helpful and friendly.
