New outlet opened in Hounslow yesterday with much fanfare (97, Whitton road) ;the outlet is fairly local to me. I'm writing this review on the basis of initial service provision rather than the quality of food which has yet to be determined...I tried to order a pizza and sides amounting to £37.00 a few minutes ago, regrettably a) the online ordering service is not available and when I called them to place the order, was informed that the online service is unavailable as it is 'out of paper' and furthermore, that b) they cannot deliver as there is no provision to do so for the next two weeks - this is despite their menu offering 'free delivery'. Very strange! I do wish them good luck with the franchise, but not having those key provisions only the day after their opening the outlet does not bode well for customer commitment. Hope that their Pizzas are worth the downside of the service that they have provided on this occasion.

Pizza really nice to eat. Other items spaghetti bol, chicken wings, calzone not very nice refried over cooked and the fries reheated. Didn't advise on cheese on items. Delivery good.

Absolutely Fabulous Pizza
We ordered a vegetarian de lux and a Caribbean Tuna pizza. They arrived 10 minutes early on a Saturday night which in its self is incredible . But the great quality ingredients made them tasty standout pizzas. The customer service was equally great on ordering.We would recommend to anyone in the St Albans ,Shenley area .Thank you guys 👍

Order a pizza 18inch.. comes completely squashed. Complaint and left out side to pick up … you just can’t a single slice from it … replacement piza came and it’s very small … caked him and owner keep argue to waste the time … unbelievable … didn’t refunded the money too … as a self respect we gave the money and pizza both the pizza back to them.

This is an eye opener how the service was before in England and now …

At any cost AVOID these guys ….
