No response to inquiries
I ordered an item from them and was told through tracking services that my address could not be found. I have been sending emails and been calling their hotlines but to no avail. I have requested for an update, which hopefully, is positive. If not, I will demand a refund.

Wrong tracking details via email
Wrong tracking details sent to me via email from fashionette. Parcel was in fact at 1 UPS access point, but I was instructed via email to collect them from a different point, 15 mins away from the actual location.
Wrong opening times also indicated on the email from fashionette, which resulted in 3 visits to said access point, only to find the parcel was never there!
Finally collected parcel after calling customer service, and unfortunately I was sent the wrong size, so now have to return the item....

Don't ever use
What I have ordered is not what I received and also they haven't posted my another bag .you try to ring them they are not available for1hr min
Even they pick up they are not helpful as you loose all the money I have spoken to brenda she has been really very helpfully.

no email, no answer to emails, calls
not sure what is going on! placed order 600295481 and no confirmation email, no response to emails, messenger or phone!! tried to call 15 times and nothing!!! what the heck is going on??!!
maybe someone gonna respond here???!!!
update: changing from 1. to3 star. finally managed to speak with customer services today via the phone. lady was helpful and sorted the issue for now. lets see how delivery will go. however the issue is that you are stating on your website that you landline is open monday to saturday, however after 20 attempts to call you noone pick up. you should amend tour working hours on your website

Legit website with no match for the prices elsewhere
I had a bit of doubt about purchasing from them, but I gave it a try. Even though the purchase amount was quite high. Found out to be 100% legit. Products arrived fairly quick and everything was as expected. Plus, found out that there is no other company that could match the prices, for the same product.
