Handbag with defect
First time buying on fashionette. Delivery was ok. But the handbag came with a little scratch and glue mark at the edge. This isn't what I expect from a 134GBP product. Didn't bother to return it due to the long process of return and hassle, plus I couldn't find this model elsewhere. After this experience I don't think I will purchase anything via oversea online store ever again

The worst customer experience
The worst customer experience ! Bag was damaged by UPS , delivered it days later shouldn’t have the state it was in the box was wrecked on inspection of the bag a scratch on the metal clasp and chipped on the front clasp , no longer strap nor paperwork to send back and a few black marks on the interior , sent pictures then was asked to send again then the weekend now they want UPS to inspect the bag and send it back to Germany , but have said if UPS don’t pickup within 5 days message them !! So not going to be a quick fix they respond so slowly to you and somehow you get the impression they are doing you a favour , avoid this company like the plague and especially seeing they use UPS as a delivery service.
UPDATE
So UPS did pick the bag up on the 15/08 and the bag has sat in their facility since waiting to be inspected after the damage whilst in their possession and I have had no joy from fashionette latest is saying they will contact UPS , and once again being asked to be patient which is infuriating seeing as they have had over £350 of my money for a month and no bag .

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! I bought many many items over the years, in Germany, and suddenly with some monthly payments they said the credit card was not working so I had to pay the payments with interests, but other payments continued with the credit card, that was really weird. I payed without checking but after reviewing my debits they payments were already debited! So I was paying twice. No answer from the company, suddenly they refunded my transfer but then, they asked me legally to pay them more and for more items. As this email arrived in my spam, after 10 days they are asking me to pay all the monthly payments at once. Clearly I cannot do that and clearly, this was not my fault! Stay away, this company is a SCAMMING company! No telephone to complain, and when you get in touch with someone they say they cannot get in touch with the administration area.
They tried to answered this review as it was my fault to send the money to a different bank account when they never told me why they stopped the debits, and they never told me what my debt is. They are now using another company that is charging me and of course this is affecting my reputation as a consumer in Germany. Shame on Fashionette!
They are now answering that they could not reach me, which is wrong, and they are also addressing that my debits from the bank stopped and also from my credit cards, which is strange because I still have other items that are being payed in the same

I have all documentation and believe me I will let people know about this.
I will also correct you and NO! As I didn't reply within 2 weeks and your emails were in my Trash email box, only 2 weeks, a company I DONT know is asking me to pay to them causing me a bad reputation financially and of course an economical loss as I will now have to pay this money to them and with interest. Keep answering with nonsense answers. I wish Fashionette would answer my questions via email instead of answering these reviews with lies. Dont use this company!
