Excellent service
Good communication package secure with clear instructions for returns and purchases always exactly as you expect. Purchased many Ralph Lauren goods and always pleased with everything. My only small issue is the delivery company UPS do not give you a time scale of delivery.

I have not received my order
I have placed an order for nearly a month now I still haven’t received my order, tracking says order has been delivered, I’m trying contact the company to investigate this but I cannot get hold of anyone neither are they responding to my emails. I just don’t know what to do at this moment

Will never purchase from this company…
Will never purchase from this company again. My daughter gifted me £500 Michael kors bag. It broke year later even if I only used it 1 month. They refunded £40 and now I have this expensive bag that’s completely unusable. Contacted Michael Kors and they are claiming that they don’t partner with fashionette. So does it mean that the bags are fake! Stay away from this company Is not worth the hassle.
