I received my order on time as I’ve been informed when I placed my order. Well packed to insure the product arrives in good condition. I’m very happy with all my purchases I’ve done on this company. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 services.

I placed my order 1.5 weeks ago, I received an email confirmation of my order along with a tracking number with UPS. A few days passed after placing the order and I went to check the tracking but it was saying the tracking number was invalid, UPS said to speak with fashionette. I emailed them and haven’t had a response! So I called them to which I was greeted with an extremely rude women, who wasn’t interested in helping or resolving the issue at all other than telling me to email! Which I already done twice. She hang up the phone and any attempt to call again results in the same rude and unhelpful customer service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM.

What can I say about this Company, not a lot really apart from I placed an order around 2 weeks ago, after the order was placed we had received the tracking number however this tracking number turned out to be wrong, the first port of call was calling UPS (the courier delivering the goods) who then in turn said you will need to speak to fashionette. I called Fashionette only to be greeted by this grizzly lady who had the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in my life, it was like she dropped a £50 note and picked up a £5 note. this lady ended up cutting the phone call short on two occasions, she also shouted at me saying SEND AN EMAIL! which may I add I have done this three times and had no response. if you can avoid using this company please do so as I believe I have been scammed.

Ordered a handbag, received confirmation email with tracking number for UPS. Tracking number for UPS is wrong, emailed customer servcioes twice and still no response 48 hours later! Made 2 phone calls, and both times the customer servcie was shocking, so rude and coudlnt help at all or give any sort of solution. Now i have no idea where my order is!

Placed an order and didn’t receive a confirmation email, so waited a couple of days then called customer services. Only to be spoken to so rudely by a lady ( wish I had got her name) who had no interest in trying to help and she promptly put the phone down on me!! First time using this company … never ever again.
Your reply is not truthful.. she never informed me that I’d put the wrong email in .. and she most certainly did put the phone down on me

Ordered a watch from this site as it was cheaper and offered a discount on top. I was a bit concerned when I discovered the company wasn't in the UK but needn't have worried. I got an accurate delivery date after placing the order and it duly arrived on that date. Nicely packaged with return labels should anything be wrong. It was courteous to set the watch to the correct date and time ( it was an hour ahead due German time but that's forgivable!! ) I was concerned about import fees but the site did say none would be due, the package was handed over by UPS without any problem.

I am very happy with my first Fashionette purchasing experience. I found the shoes I was looking for at a great price and with prompt delivery. Fashionette will definitely be my first port of call when looking for accessories.

My new favorite company. I've recently discovered this fantastic fashion accessories store and couldn't resist treating myself to a pair of their fashion sunglasses.

The shoes look great, nice colours and feel comfortable.

Yes you can buy a premium product from Fashionette but far from a premium service .

Ordered a purse 2 weeks ago, had an email from UPS saying they couldn't deliver because the item wasn't in the packaging and they would let the sender know. I have not heard anything since 6th October. No reply to e-mails and I can't get through on the phone number provided.
