I have made my move with Fast movers, they are extremely helpful and friendly. They are highly professional know how to do their job done.

Awesome experience, I had a full packaging and removals service and they did a great job, everything was packed very well and the move went perfectly, even with all the stairs and no lift at my new place.

The process from the intial quote to the day of move were very clear and they were always ready to offer helps. It took months from my initial quote and date of removal due to my house chain and changes of circumstance but they adapted my request very well. highly recommended!

This company was helpful from beginning to end, when I had to put my belongings in storage, nothing was a problem, the team, in partcular Hammad allowed me to have peace of mind whilst I purchased my new property

Shop service of dismantling, packing, storing, delivery and assembling . Truly professional , kind , adjusting - the team on ground as well as the back end support team. Made our life much easier and highly recommend with 5 stars.

I used this company because I moved at short notice and no one else could do the job. They were polite on the phone made the booking every so simple. The truck arrived on time and the guys were polite and very very helpful. They dismantled my bed and reassembled. They put everything where I wanted even moving my couch twice. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing company and i had a great experience

I had a number of quotes and decided to go with FIR. The price was very competitive. What i was more impressed with was the fact the day they arrived they packed up a 3 bedroom house with lots of Funiture within 1 hour and then unpacked it at the new house in an hour. The guys were very friendly and careful. Will recommend them all the way. Brilliant service.

Took 5 HOURS to move a 1 bedroom apartment worth of belongings over a whopping 2.6 miles (10 min drive). They sent quite possibly the slowest movers I'd ever encountered, who spent half the time discussing how to move the items (rather than actually moving them), and the other half on the phone. Perhaps they were intentionally being painfully slow to maximise the bill? Who knows.

No items were damaged but 5 hours for a 1 bedroom move - really?! All other companies quoted me 3 hours max; I should have opted for another company, who would have likely sent me movers who did not move at a glacial pace.

Not just that- they insisted I pay an amount to which I did not agree without issuing an invoice. They claimed they couldn't issue a new invoice for the revised (much higher) amount because "they didn't work on Sundays," even though they clearly did, given they agreed to the move on Sunday. They refused to unload my belongings and wasted 20-30 min going back and forth about this, and of course, did me the courtesy of billing me for this time as well.

I used fast interior removals 4 years ago. Again great service they help me packed my house hold goods and move me in my new flat.I will recommend this company.

Since writing this review Fast Interior Removals contacted me and settled my claim satisfactorily.
I am grateful this has finally been sorted and hope I am a one off and other customers are not treated this way.

I can only urge you not to go near this company.
I have never written a bad review before - I'm a seriously tolerant person but please - read this and do not use them.
Having accepted a quote from Fast Interior Removals to move house they arrived with two lorries, one much smaller than the 5.5 ton quoted. After realising they would need a third lorry due to lack of space, they insisted I pay an extra £620 for them to get one (my buyers were moving in that afternoon so I had no choice but to pay).
Once moved I noticed that one of the beds was badly damaged and part of the garden furniture had been broken despite having given them covers to use which they didn't. They clearly knew about the bed (you couldn't miss the damage) but said nothing. My mother subsequently slashed her leg open on the bed!
The two months since have been the most disgusting example of customer service I have ever experienced. Not once has someone called me back despite the numerous calls and emails with photographs of the damage that I have sent. Promises of calls back and settlement have been a joke and then my mobile number wasn't being answered.
I accept that damages are likely to happen when you move but have the decency to treat your customers with respect and deal with the situation.
I am now taking Fast Interior Removals to the court. Originally i just wanted compensation for the bed and garden furniture but they can reimburse me for the extra lorry costs too.
It's simple - treat people with respect, don't treat them like they're stupid and you'll come out a lot better off.
DO NOT USE THEM - THEY SOUND GREAT WHEN YOU'RE BOOKING - COULDN'T BE MORE HELPFUL BUT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG FORGET IT!

We used Fast for our moving in June 2022 and they were absolutely fantastic. The two lads who came were friendly, helpful and took the utmost care with our stuff; I was really chuffed with everything. Customer service was great, really helpful.

Recommend highly. Arrived 20mins early to assess the items that were being moved and the order in which they should best be loaded.
Considerate people and very kind manner which was most welcome on a stressful day. Will be my first call next time.

The folks who moved our things worked extremely hard! And considering how heavy several of the boxes were, they did a superb job moving everything and placing each labelled box into the right room. Highly recommended.
