I had such a great experience from start to finish, I had multi-foil installed last month and everything went to plan and
Had the foil insulation job in the loft space. Not cheap, but the contractors worked hard, on an incredibly hot day, including a little bitumen repair. Looks good. Whether or not I get the salespersons quoted savings, remains to be seen. Regardless a couple of excellent installers with excellent follow-up.
Many thanks
We were advised by a senior surveyor that it would be possible to insert a membrane between the roof tiles and the felt, as the existing felt was perishing and needed replacing. However, when the fitter arrived, he informed us that this was not possible without removing the tiles and effectively taking off the entire roof.
We contacted the surveyor again, who then attempted to offer an alternative solution that amounted to nothing more than a patch‑up job—despite previously telling us the felt was beyond repair. A second fitter arrived (over four hours later than the arranged time) and was completely unaware that the original job could not be carried out. He had not been briefed at all.
After speaking to his manager, we were told that the original job was not something they could do and certainly not something they did “every day of the week,” as the surveyor had claimed. At this point, we requested a full refund of our deposit, having lost all confidence in the company. The manager said someone would call the next day to discuss this and provide a quote for a full roof repair. No one called.
We followed up ourselves on 8 April and confirmed our request for a refund in writing. Despite providing our account details, we did not receive our money back until 24 April—and only after sending two further chaser emails and being asked yet again for the same details. The refund was processed immediately once they finally acted, which raises questions about why we were told it would take so long. We were also falsely told that they had tried to contact us “numerous times,” even though we received no calls on either our landline or mobile.
Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, particularly regarding any information provided by their so‑called senior surveyor
Needed removal of spray foam, had a phone call from this company, they sent a surveyor who explained everything which all made sense and so I agreed to have work done. The young men who did the work were excellent but the management left much to be desired by not organizing their staff effectively. The work was done and also had SF40 insulation installed which is working perfectly and the old foam removed, pretty good job all round. Please thank Robert and his mate who were so pleasant and treated me with utmost respect, Mrs Faith Tyler
This company do not pay their contractors. The work that was carried out was atrocious. The customer was even complaining to our lads about how poor their customer service is.
We work with so many companies and they are much better than these clowns.
Please use a reputable company or you’ll regret it if you use this company.

I have tried contacting via phone and email multiple times with no answer. The reason I have tried to contact is because my nan has had work done by them but they shouldn't have because her property is council and she has early dementia. As far as I can see they have not done any due diligence to either of those matters and are now uncontactable

The foam insulation in our loft was of the wrong type and needed removing, think eco coating successfully removed it and fitted a foil lining replacement. All work was done very professionally a doctor done on time.
Very pleased with the work force they worked very hard.
Job done. 😃🫠
The process was fine though the communication could have been quicker. The coating looks fine but slightly uneven in places.
As per another review on here, I was called out of the blue to state that the government had tasked them to take humidity readings within loft spaces for homes that have solar panels installed. I was told that I should allow for someone to come to my property, who would then hold a unit into the loft hatch space to take a reading and that it was solely to obtain information.
Having told the person on the phone that the representative could come, having been assured that they weren't trying to sell anything, I informed them that they would need to press my number on the intercom for our security gates so that I could confirm who they were and let them in.
When the person came, having asked if they could arrive earlier, and having reminded him to press the intercom, he had failed to follow my instructions but had followed a neighbour into the driveway. He then failed to park outside of my home but instead blocked in a neighbour across their driveway. When I opened the door, he smelt awful - a mixture of cigarettes and body odour.
He wasn't't keen to remove his shoes having come in from the wet outside. I asked him for his business card to show he was who he was supposed to be but he claimed having left them in the car. He then told me that he needed to enter the loft space (not what I had been told on the phone). When up there, he held a device close to the wooden beams and told me "It's not the worst I've seen but it's close to it" having recorded a reading of 17-18 on his humidity reader (not that he showed me the reading). He stated that the wood was sodden and that the roof would not last the expected lifespan of 60 years but that the 19 year old roof wouldn't even last another 10 years because it was rotting. He also explained that the roof insulation was discoloured because it was wet and because I had failed to replace it every 10 years as is required. He also stated that the rigidity of my roof felt showed that it had deteriorated and needed urgent attention.
Having left the loft, I reminded Keith, the representative, that I wanted one of his business cards. Having gone through his car and pulled out food wrappers etc. he claimed that he must have used the last one already. I asked him to write his details on a piece of paper (he wasn't happy). He wouldn't give his surname but only his first name (I already had this) and his mobile number, which I also had after he had called me earlier to see whether he could come earlier, even though I had stated that I would be at a remembrance parade. Keith told me that he would email me costs and information about the product he was recommending for a ridiculous amount (he had also run out of brochures).
I left it a day and emailed the company to state that I had not received the email/information.
I hate to think what might have happened if they had gone to an elderly person. The pressure and the urgency being stated was full on and had I not done a little research beforehand to establish that only a reading above 60 is considered to be high, I might have been concerned that what this 'expert' was telling me was the truth.
Since writing the above, a very friendly lady from the company by the name of Natalie wrote to me and subsequently called me. She was appalled with what had happened and assured me that this wasn't how their company were supposed to conduct themselves. She told me that all of their representatives should carry brochures and business cards. If they run low, they should know to contact the office for resupply. I was apologised to and an investigation was carried out. I have been assured that Keith has received a written warning from which I trust that he has changed his ways.
Whilst my opinion of the company was scarred by the initial experience, I am prepared to give the company the benefit of doubt and trust that one bad apple shouldn't spoil the rest of the business.
If you are reading this, maybe accept anyone else other than Keith and hopefully you will receive good service.
Phonecall out the blue from company stating there was a problem with some wall cavity done under government schemes and someone can come out at no cost to survey my property for damp. I was told anything over 10 is considered a concern and was the quoted £4k to treat. Having done a bit homework any property with problems done under a government scheme will not be asked to meet the cost and also any reading under 15 is considered dry! Clearly trying to con me out of my cash for work that does not need done
