Do not touch this company or any Think Green company in Ilford. They are run by 2 business men, Hardeep Sandhu who has run the racket for decades, and Gianni Teoli with an individual called Alessio Teoli in the background also, who have dubious practices. From the onset they instruct their staff to hound property owners with cold calls from withheld numbers trying to drum up business and sales. When requested to stop they will not, it is sheer harassment. When it is clear they’re not going to make a sale why continue? This willingness or desire to harass alone is a major red flag.

Think Green Partners is an established renewable energy company, and we are committed to operating professionally and transparently. We do not condone harassment, and it is certainly not our policy to instruct staff to repeatedly contact individuals who have clearly requested that communication stops.
Our approach to customer contact is focused on offering information and services relating to renewable energy systems, including solar PV, battery storage and associated maintenance and servicing. The installers were very professional, there was a problem connecting the inverter to the internet which needed about 5 visits trying different things until the problem was solved but they came with no complaints until they got it to connected, can't fault their professionalism. Have had several unsolicited calls from this company claiming our solar panel installer had gone into receivership and they offered an engineer to call service our panels etc. Our installers have not gone into receivership. I insisted we did not require a visit from them. I have had three calls since ,they block their number so I am unable to block them. Very persistent. nuisance calls.

We would like to clarify that Think Green Partners does not operate with the intention of harassing customers or making nuisance calls. Our team contacts property owners in relation to solar PV servicing, maintenance and warranty support, particularly where systems may require servicing or where the original installer is no longer available to provide ongoing support.
We appreciate that you have confirmed you do not require our services, and we respect that decision. If you have received further calls after specifically requesting that contact stops, we would like to investigate this, as repeated unwanted contact is not the standard we expect from our team.

We wanted an inverter replaced which we had the part for & bird netting possibly a maintenance plan, we happily signed up for this. Then the problems started. Somebody who said he was a compliance officer when he rang turned up he said we needed some fire protection thing, again fair enough. He also said our power was running at 248v instead of 240 so we needed a voltage optimiser, now this is where the problems started, this was incorrectly wired in so they sent somebody out to rectify it. We then suddenly started using 10 times the electricity we normally use, I'm not even exaggerating, we ended up having our power cut off by UK Power Network in the middle of all this. We ended up getting a local electrician in to take it out. Total waste of money.
This isn't all, we also signed up for a boiler maintenance plan, they rang a couple of days later to arrange an inspection one slight problem my boiler is a gas boiler..... We cancelled this & got our money back just within the time frame.
This wasn't the end of it, I posted a review at the time, stating all the above & got a phone call pretty much asking me to amend my review to remove all my negative comments as it affects their business & promised me £500 in compensation for my problems.
I'M STILL WAITING FOR IT.
I now keep getting phone calls that they want to come & inspect the ventilation in my loft WHY, THERE IS NOTHING IN MY LOFT RELATING TO MY SOLAR PANELS OR BATTERY!!
PLEASE DON'T CONTACT ME AGAIN AND NO I WON'T TAKE THIS POST DOWN.

We are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience. However, we do feel it is important to clarify that this review contains a number of statements that do not accurately reflect the circumstances from our records.
The voltage optimiser was recommended following the voltage readings recorded at the property, and when an issue was subsequently identified, we arranged for this to be investigated and rectified. We are therefore disappointed to see the situation described as though no attempt was made by us to address the matter.
Regarding the electricity usage and subsequent disconnection, we do not accept responsibility for the claims made in this review without supporting evidence establishing that our equipment caused the increased consumption or the action taken by the network operator. We would always be happy to review any relevant technical reports or documentation provided.
With regard to the boiler maintenance plan, this was cancelled and the payment was refunded, so we believe the matter was resolved appropriately once the circumstances were brought to our attention.
We also strongly dispute the suggestion that we attempted to have a review removed in exchange for £500 compensation. Any discussions regarding goodwill or compensation would have been made in an attempt to resolve the customer's concerns and should not be misrepresented as an attempt to purchase the removal of a review.
Finally, our contact regarding the property was intended to address outstanding service/compliance matters associated with the works. We appreciate that the customer no longer wishes to be contacted and will respect that request.
We remain committed to dealing with genuine concerns fairly and transparently. However, we cannot accept responsibility for allegations that are not supported by the available evidence.

NON REFUND OF PAYMENT
After having my original invertor fried by an electrical storm, I contacted TGP, who came, gave me a quote for a new one, on which I agreed.
After the work was completed, I agreed to also take out a 5 year maintenance contract.
On contemplating this, I decided to cancel my maintenance contract and contacted the company requesting a refund.
This was in June 2026, and, after numerous emails and promises from them, I have received nothing. I am now in the process of claiming through the courts.
BEWARE! This must put the bona fides of this company into question

I requested to relocate my batterys and charger from my loft to a brick building in my garden.
After contacting TGP who installed the system, it was arranged to carry out the move, a few days later two engineers arrived and carried out the job in a very professional way, all was completed in a few hours, making sure that all was working OK.
A call back a few days later to confirm that all was OK.

My solar panel system stopped working…
My solar panel system stopped working in January 2026. Since then I have been trying to get it repaired. Companies I contacted insisted on my having scaffolding erected before they would come and look at the system. I finally found a company on the internet, Switchable, and they arranged for TGP to contact me for a free survey. They came the next day, explained what was wrong and told me what they would do to repair it. Two very pleasant and competent young men, Alfie and Harrison, came the next working day and repaired the system, accessing the roof using only a ladder. They worked very efficiently, without a break everything seems to be working correctly again. I would certainly recommend TGP to anyone having a problem with their solar panel system.

Unsolicited phone calls. I have no history with TGP, and do not want to deal with them. But they want to do do free assessment on my solar system? Does TGP not subscribe to the Telephone Preference Service? Where do they get my details from? Industry regulator is clearly not doing his job either!. Looks like pressure selling to me.

However, we would like to clarify that our intention in offering a free, no-obligation assessment is to provide homeowners with an opportunity to have their existing solar system reviewed, particularly where systems may be approaching or beyond their original manufacturer or installer warranty period.
Our assessments are offered on a no-obligation basis, meaning there is absolutely no requirement to proceed with any work, purchase any products or enter into any agreement. We do not believe that offering a free assessment should be characterised as pressure selling.
With regard to how your details were obtained, we take data protection and marketing compliance seriously and do not simply contact homeowners at random. Where marketing contact is made, it is undertaken through our established processes and in accordance with the applicable requirements. If you believe you have received a call contrary to your preferences, we are happy to investigate this directly and ensure your details are removed from any future marketing contact.
We are also disappointed by the suggestion that the industry regulator is “clearly not doing his job” based solely on receiving an unsolicited call. We are a long-standing business and take our regulatory and compliance responsibilities seriously.
We fully respect that not everyone will want to discuss their solar system with us, and if you have asked not to receive further contact, we will respect that request.
We would always encourage anyone receiving a call from us who is not interested simply to let us know, and we will ensure the appropriate records are updated.

Good so far
Good so far. They've identified the problem with my batteries which has been stopping them charging properly.
They do still have to come back with the part and install it in a couple of weeks so I am looking forward to having a fully functioning system again then.

I had issues with my solar panel system…
I had issues with my solar panel system showing zero output which was traced to a faulty inverter, a vital part of the system. I contacted Think Green from a Google search and within a few days a new inverter was fitted.
Very satisfying. Avery efficient company who handled the process quickly and professionally
