FastMove Reviews

We appointed Christian of Fast move to sell our property and we were very impressed with his knowledge of the industry and his professionalism and commitment. He arranged a viewing before we actually went to market which lead to an offer which was accepted. Unfortunately the sale fell through as we couldn’t find a property in time. Once it went on the market it sold very quickly again and fortunately we found our new home too. Christian was very helpful throughout the process and we would definitely recommend him and Fast move 100%

Christian was recommended to me and I found him to be professional, helpful, and friendly. The whole process was straightforward and painless & the fee was very reasonable. The house sold quickly and for the asking price. I have already recommended him to my friend!

Christian was absolutely amazing! Can't thank him enough for what he and his team did to help me sell my house! I would definitely recommend him!
Thank you again!

Absolutely amazing service from fastmove. Christian keeps you well informed at every stage of buying a home. We are first time buyers and I cannot believe how simple and straight forward the whole process was even with being in a chain. With a record breaking time of just over 5 weeks from our offer being accepted to completing on the house we could not be happier. We would recommend fast move every single time as they genuinely care about each client and really are dedicated to the job. Thank you so much fastmove!

The value Christian brings is truly exceptional. He’s a workhorse—answering calls at all hours and always being available, even outside the usual working day. Despite it not being his responsibility, he chased up our slow solicitors and kept everything moving.

If you’re unsure who to trust with your sale, we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the way Christian handled ours.

When the sale was at risk because our buyer’s buyer pulled out, Christian didn’t miss a beat—he found a replacement buyer within five minutes, keeping the chain intact (well, broken for just five minutes!).

Christian was very open and honest from the first time we met - I liked his approach and “can do” attitude and also that he had the personal touch added in

Christian provided an efficient and professional service across the whole life cycle of the house sale process. This was second to none. The published descriptions, photos and videos fitted our needs perfectly. Response times to all communications, day or night, were fast and feedback was provided frequently. The service was excellent and we can't thank FastMove enough.

I can’t recommend Christian highly enough—both as a trusted, outstanding estate agent. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and incredible efficiency. The property was sold much faster than I expected, and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Communication was always clear and timely, and no question ever felt like too much trouble. It was a real bonus having someone I trust guide me through such a big decision, and I’m so grateful for the support. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows how to get the job done, look no further than FastMove.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish.
We were on a very tight deadline and Christian went above and beyond to sell our home. It was sold within 2 weeks.
The process afterwards was all taken care of, he responded to my queries quickly and made the whole process stress free.
Could not recommend enough.

We sold our house with Christian and I genuinely couldn’t fault him, his communication was second to non he kept us up to date with things without us even asking.
Everybody he recommended we use were also great, we didn’t have one single issue throughout the whole process. Would definitely use fast move again & recommended to anyone buying or selling their property.
Thanks again!

We can’t recommend Christian at FastMove enough. His opening hours are brilliant & we really liked not having to wait for feedback until Monday after a weekend viewing. Christian kept in constant contact with us & updated us immediately with any new information that had arisen & talked us through step by step what we needed to do throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble or a silly question.
Brilliant service from start to finish & if we could give 6 stars we would.
Thank you so much Christian.

The service was absolutely fantastic.
Everything went very smoothly and we were updated regularly. We have sold 2 properties with Fastmove and have a third property with them at the moment.

Christian was extremely professional, realistic and honest when I had to sell my mother's property and made time to understand my family's needs.
Christian was available at all times by text and phone and the price that he suggested was bang on. I sold the house within 2 days!!
I can't thank Fast Move enough with their affordable pricing, smooth transaction with solicitors and buyer.
I would highly recommend

The service we received from FastMove for the sale of our property was excellent. From the outset they provided good advice, were realistic about the property value and sale prospects and were constantly available to handle queries and chase solicitors to progress the sale. The photos they took were very good and they were able to secure a sale for us in less than three weeks. I would have no hesitation recommending them over any traditional (and more expensive) high street agents.

Above and beyond. Christian really puts in the work. Right from the first day when he came to take photos of the property, he was moving my heavy boxes out of the way himself to get the best photos. Throughout the process he was available constantly for all my silly questions and talked me through things patiently. House moves are stressful, but he was always there with a solution. He’s more than just an estate agent, he’s emotional support as well. He checked up on me, as well as my sale and for that I am so grateful. All of this at a fraction of what other estate agents charge and available 7 days a week, early until late, because that’s when most people want to get in touch. I don’t know any other company that offers this level of service. I most definitely highly recommend him and his company.

Buying our dream home
Christian strives to make this experience as smooth, stress free, efficient and effective process. He is direct, straight talking and doesn’t sugar coat it. We had every confidence in him that he was working tirelessly to guide and support us to achieve our goals. Our first meeting was a viewing of a property, arranged and viewed within an hour on a Sunday, many estate agents don’t work weekends, and that is when the majority want viewings. Straight back when negotiating with offers you you’re not left wondering and waiting. He is very professional, always returns calls and messages promptly. He also gives you options and great advice. And last but not least his fees, he is worth every penny and more. Added bonus when it’s a fixed fee you know where you stand, with terms and conditions. If he recommends a solicitors to get you through the process, take it- we used Wilkinson Woodward, excellent service throughout. Thank you Christian for ensuring we are now living the dream.

The service from fast move was first class from start to finish, their proactive approach to the sale of our property ensured a smooth successful completion. They offer attention to detail at every stage and we couldn’t praise or recommend enough .
