It was a fabulous way to start my holiday. From the moment allan met me i felt comfortable and safe. He took everything out if my hands carried my hand luggage made sure i was comfortable in the lounge. And saw me right onto the plane. I would recomend fast Track very highly

What an excellent way to deal with the stress and delay in airports. Greeted in transit airport as soon as I disembarked I was led through all checks, security and clearance into my lounge in no time.

I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone. ZN

This service is fantastic, our concierge met us on time and promptly took us through the checkin and sercurity and on to our lounge .

I was greeted at disembarkment carrying twin infants. My greeter carried the baby and car seat aiding me to carry the other baby with ease. I can not fault the service..it was excellent from start to finish. Thankyou for making my trip bearable.

Our first experience of using Fastrack was very enjoyable We were met at The airport by Two charming members of staff who then fast tracked us through all hand luggage inspection and passport control and finely into the VIP lounge It was guite busy with early flight people Food on offer was very good free bar as much as you want basically and our free glass of Champagne We soon found comfy seats and we were collected 30 mins before the flight and straight onto the plane Great feeling of a relaxing journey would do it again

Great service, quick,efficient and painless. The total opposite to a normal family airport experience.

Definitely worth it not least to get to the front of a two hour Ryan Air "bag drop" queue!

I can't recommend this service highly entertaining enough. We have never been so relaxed before a flight. Our concierge met us at our car and from then on we did not need to worry. He made sure everything ran smoothly. The lounge was lovely with as much food and drink as you could want and every one was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be travelling this way from now on. Thank you.

It made my journey so much easier. I did not have to think at all as I knew I was in safe hands. From car parked I was sat in the lunge within 15 minutes which enabled me to have 90 minutes to do some work as opposed to joining queues for check in, security, food and drink and toilets etc. Well worth it to make my trip a lot more enjoyable and relaxing.

Fantastic experience, fantastic host. Well worth the money to avoid the airport masses - especially if you have young kids in tow!

An amazing service, met from my taxi and fast tracked all the way through. The lounge was great, my children were looked after and fed while I shopped. Mercy was courteous and and stayed with us the whole time. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Fastrack VIP, provided me with an extremely smooth service, from arriving at the airport to sitting in my seat on the plane. The arranged personal assistant greeted me upon arrival at Luton, helping with all my luggage and whizzed me through security, then straight into the Aspire lounge were I relaxed and ate a fabulous breakfast before my assistant came to pick me up so I could board the plane first. Huge queues at the boarding gate but for me straight through, my assistant walked me to the doors of the boarding gate and waited with me until I boarded the plane. What a fabulous service this is, i'll definitely be using fast track VIP again. Thank you to my assistant and the team at Fastrack VIP great job! AAA***
