Great service, helpful team, collection happened in the time frame they gave. Will definitely use them again

Got call to say it was going to be delayed by 2 days which ment I had to cancel. As of yet ( 5 days ) I'm still waiting for a refund

Good service

Although l have traditionally ordered skips locally , l decided to try booking on line via the “ broker” system. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful the lady l spoke to was. My initial concern that the 8 yard skip might not have a drop down door was sorted out within a few minutes. No issues, just rang to confirm that it is ready for collection.

Skip arrived fine, told would be collected 7 days later, which it wasn’t. I had to chase twice to get it removed 2 days later. Principal problem was I had booked to have drive cleaned ! Long list of things not to put in - I agree with items like plaster board etc that need proper recycling. Emphasis on level fill and fines if you don’t adhere…. Communication and value for money ok

Fast skips hasn't delivered yet waiting till next week. But added 10 days to the initial delivery date. So let's see how they perform once delivered.

Not impressed! Skip should have been collected on 27June it’s now 31 July!! Called repeatedly to arrange collection to be told there is a massive backlog in my area and they can’t can’t guarantee a collection time! Something to do with not enough drivers! The customer advisor was very vague and basically said there was nothing he could do! Appalling customer service! Can’t use the drive and can’t get a collection date. Rushed to fill the skip in the 7 day hire period - 5 weeks later and the skip is still sat on the drive!! Formal complaint incoming!

The Driver was a lovely man early in the morning delivery and still a smile on his face.
And on top of all that the prices are the best I could find.

The skip was left here to long it was not made clear that you had to book the collection . Was under the impression it was going to be cancelled after a week .
