Very badly maintained lot. And inconsistent wait times especially from the airport pickup. I have been picked up right away to almost 30 min wait times (during the day)

They get you in and out. They are efficient. The location is a little intimidating but you will be satisfied with pricing. I’ve used them twice and my automobile was safe. May not want to leave a newer model car out in the open if you’re protective of your car. Will use again because you can’t beat their prices.

Great customer service. I just wish there were more shuttles from the airport back to the lot. Great experience overall.

Convenient parking and reasonable price but the lot needs a serious paving job. It has crater size pot holes. Drivers are nice but often have to wait a lot long longer than other park and rides to get picked from the airport waiting area when you return.

I love the affordability of fast track and park there often, but there are a few things I dislike. The lot is in desperate need of repair, as it's filled with giant potholes. Also, many of the airport employees park there and they will push right in front of you to get on the shuttle - that's happened on more than one occssion. Shuttle service isn't bad unless it's after 10 pm, then I feel like I have to wait forever.

In May was the second time i used the service. The prople were very nice. Prompt service. They bring you right to your car. I love it. Thank you

Why is there always a long waiting time for a Fasttrack transport to show up. When they do show up they do not spend any time waiting for riders, how ever many get on be it one, two or three, they immediately take off. It is as though they get paid for how many trips they make each day. Other transport companies' stalls always have vehicles waiting, but not Fasttrack.Their stalls are always empty.

The timeliness of the shuttle pick up and drop off could be improved

Great prices, mostly friendly drivers, horrible lot condition and twice I had to wait for pick up, more than 25 minutes, that is after numerous calls while waiting in the hot sun, I was glad it wasn't raining. The price can't be beat and never damage to the vehicle. This is the 3rd year we have been using the Atlanta location.

Normally, when I use this parking service, the bus driver handles my luggage; however, this time around I had a female driver and she didn't assist me onto the bus at the airport. (She did help me unload at my car.) I had to wait over 10 minutes for the shuttle at Terminal North and eventually called the office to confirm the bus was on its way. Usually been only a one to two-minute wait at Terminal South or none at all.

I have parked here many times for various trips. The shuttles run so often I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes. They help you with your bags on and off the shuttle. My car is always safe. The best price for airport parking.

tired of hitting deep pot holes

Parking was easy, shuttle was great. Only thing is could have used better instructions for shuttle pick up on return to atl. But otherwise great experience very kind helpful with ppl. 24 hr service was awesome I arrived 330 shuttle was there in minutes. I will use again very happy

The parking lot needs paving and the wait time for pickup is too long. The employees I encountered we're very nice.

Had to wait for the bus on the return trip about 15 minutes.
