Fasttrack Airport Parking Reviews 

The place itself is run down with pot holes. But I’ve never had issues getting to the airport ontime. And no issues with my car safety. Great deal!

It was a horrible experience. I was traveling with my infant which I have done 5+ times before with no issue. This time i chose to use fast track parking and never will again. There was no signage in the parking lot so i walked (5 solid minutes in the rain) with luggage and a stroller to find someone to ask where we needed to be only to learn I was expected to stay with my vehicle to be picked up. Upon my arrival back at the end of my trip I called the number on my ticket 12 times to ask for instruction on where to meet the shuttle to bring me back to my vehicle. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED! The voice mailbox was also FULL!! With the help of airport staff I found my way and then waited for 27minutes for a shuttle that I didn’t know was going to even come, all with a 4 month old. In total, I didn’t arrive to my vehicle until 2 hrs after my flight deboarded. Needless to say, I will NEVER use this parking provider again and advise anyone who asks not to as welll. I work in the travel industry and are used to traveling for business (even with my child in toe) and have never experienced a more unorganized parking provider in my life.

We had a great experience with Fasttrack. Our only issues were that the lot was over sold, and the condition of the lot itself was poor. Other than that, pick up was immediate when we arrived and pretty quick when we returned at 1am. I will definitely be using this service again,

I have been parking at FastTrack for 10 years...always the BEST RATES.....with all the same services you want and need from off-site airport parking.....great lot, convenient to 285 and 85, lots of shuttle busses running all the time, friendly, helpful staff. I'm not sure how they could make it better...it works great like it is. To ensure they have a space, book online, because they fill up quickly because they are the best value!

The parking itself and safety of my vehicle was fine - no complaints there. And even my departure went well. My issue is with our arrival. We landed later at night and made it to the shuttle terminal with no problem. After about 10 minutes of waiting and watching other people get impatient, we called the number given to us on our parking card. After 3 call attempts (from myself, this does not include the calls other people were trying to make), we finally got through to someone who said that a shuttle was on the way. We were now at 20 minutes of waiting. Numerous shuttles of other parking companies had come and gone multiple times. When the shuttle finally arrived (about 30 minutes later), over 20 people and their lugguage were squeezed onto one small shuttle bus. And this was after we had informed whomever was answering the call line that more than one shuttle was going to be needed.

Needless to say, I will never be parking here again. Having a consistent shuttle service is critical to anyone just returning home and trying to complete their travels. The inconsistent shuttle and lack of assurance when a call was placed are enough that I will never park here again.

Fasttrack was GREAT!!! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the entrance drive needs to be repaved. The parking lot for the cars was fine. The shuttle drivers were courteous and very helpful. They were right there when we needed them and we never had to wait. The price was great and we even had groupons that we used to make the price even better. I highly recommend Fasttrack and I will definitely use them again! :)

Always a long wait to get back to my car after a flight. They instruct to call and a shuttle will come. But they don’t answer the phone.

I have parked here several times. I have never had a problem. The lady at the gate is very nice and helpful! The drivers are prompt and helpful with luggage. My only complaint wiuld be the potholes going into the lot!

The last few times I parked at Fasttrack is was fast. Before that it was chaotic and hit or miss. I waited at terminal 30 minutes for a shuttle bus.

Parking lot needs some work.

I would give this place Negative 5 stars if I could. Most of the time they are late in picking people up. Sometimes they busses are seen driving past the airport. One time we waited 1 hour at the pick up spot cause they couldnt locate the drivers... mean while other off airport shuttles came and went a gazillion time. Never again at this place.

Also - maintain your parking lot. it's like we are on the moon. potholes and craters everywhere!

The place itself needs a bit of maintenance work, especially the pavement but other than that they’re great! Parking is easy to find, it’s easy to get in and out, they honored my Groupon without any issue, and the shuttle was there right when I got there and waited for me, and dropped me back off at my car.
