Fast track provides quality service at a very low price. We are very happy to use them every time we go to the airport .

The price is great, but I think they need another bus going. For the price, I don't expect for service to be extremely fast, but I waited 25 or 30 min last time to be picked up at the airport.

Just need to fill the potholes in the parking lot.

Everyone was nice, but the parking attendant could not load my prepaid reservation on her computer. Then, the gate wouldn't work. Cars were beeping behind me. The parking lot was full of potholes, and the parking spots were not marked. The driver was nice, but could not stop texting on his cellphone while driving us all to the airport.

Fast track/Avistar Airport parking has left me and my family waiting for extended periods of time on more than one occasion. The final straw was a 50 minute wait on an icy rain soaked night. During the time Avistar/ Fast track customers were standing there, other companies made pickups totalling over 50 times between the other providers. The last time was the WORST time, but not unusual in our experience. The FasTrack/Avistar wait time is almost always in excess of 15 minutes. The icy rain night they only had 2 busses running and 1 of them was idling on the lot when we FINALLY made it back there. They also NEVER answer the phone and the voicemail has been full for months!

Be prepared to wait a long time for pickup at the airport back to the off-site parking lot. I watch bus after bus of rival companies go by as I wait for Avistar/Fasttrack. You will too!

I have been using this parking lot for many years and have never had an issue with leaving my car there. The staff is also very friendly and caring. They are organized, you stay by your car and they will pick you up and give a ticket to show where you parked so that when you get back from your trip just give them the ticket and they will drop you by your car quickly.

Easy access and did not have to wait long for pick up by courteous driver.

Great Price, good passive security since this lot has so many Airport workers using it for the day. Great drivers, nicely maintained trucks. The only thing that dings it, is the time of wait. Sometimes I wait up to 10 minutes for pickup in the early morning hours. Sometimes I have to wait up to 25 minutes for them at the airport.

Positives: It’s cheap and it works! The bus was new. Didn’t have to wait TOO long.

Negatives: Had to wait longer than other companies. Their buses came and picked up twice before mine. Staff are none too friendly. The parking lot is so rough and hard to navigate.

Great option. I've used them several times. Plan to wait at the airport for 30 minutes for pickup.

1: There is no fixed frequency for the shuttle to pick up parkers on arrival at the airport. At times it can take up to 30 minutes for one to arrive.
2: The lot needs paving..
3: I have waited by my car with luggage about 20 minutes, (early morning) before a shuttle collected me to take me to the terminal. This is indeed unacceptable, especially when it is cold outside.

The services at Fasttrack are very good. However, the pot holes at the parking lot are very bad.

everything is perfect: the drop and pick up! the only thing I would complain about is the numbers worn out on the ground as I have to guess each time the exact number to give it to driver and in many cases the shuttle drops me far from my car because I guessed the wrong number and it happens at night which very inconvenient. I used Avistar so far at least 10 times last 3 months and I like the service and price but dealing with these parking numbers on a weekly basis is becoming frustrating!

Have used these services for a number of years, on time and friendly.

My last two trips with you all was horrible. I parked with your company May 11th- May 13th and March 7th-March 11th. Both experiences were the same. I arrived EARLY morning, 5amish, it was dark and I nearly stood outside my car for 10-15min before I saw any signs of the bus. I arrived back to the airport on late flight like 8pmish customers stood by the curb for nearly 45-50min waiting for the bus to arrive. On the May 13th date there were so many frustrated customers we all piled into the bus with folks standing up and sitting on the stairs just to get back to the car. Thank god the bus was not in an accident. It was very frustrating to see other company’s buses arrive and re-arrive several times before any signs of AVISTAR/Fast Track bus. I can understand one bad day but this seems to be a re-curing issue for AVISTAR and their employees seem to not care either. Poor customer service is just not acceptable for me even if you all are the cheapest. I have used your company for over 15 years. I travel alone a lot and now do not feel safe with AVISTAR anymore. Ever since Fast Track changed their name and management and the company has went downhill. I will be switching to “Peachy” or “The Parking Spot” it is worth the extra dollars to ensure there will be a bus at my car when I arrive to park and when I arrive to the airport.

Vans are excellent, but the driveways are in need of repair. Many holes and cracks in the paths.

The transports take a long time to pick up from airport and sometimes you call and Mone picks up the phone. I love the affordable price but when you tip drivers there should be a schedule when one can leaves another one is arriving

This past weekend I waited over 45 mins for a shuttle at the airport. Last month I waited over 35 mins in the parking lot with buses passing me by to get to the airport. This is not how things were in the past. I'm not pleased at all. Not sure what's really going on but it is impacting the customer experience.
