Easy site to use and I get what I ordered

We had delivery problems with DPD, but Fastwarm were very helpful and customer friendly when I contacted them. They helped to correct the issues and delivery was sorted. Our thanks to Rachel and the rest of the team.
I have not yet fitted the underfloor heating so I will review that in due course. If it is as good as the customer service then I am sure it will be a very good system.

I've been using Fastwarm systems on many occasions and over few years. I'm especially grateful for decoupling mat that allows to simply push loose cable into the grooves. Company always deliver on time, never had bad experience. They also supply tile adhesive at competitive prices.

The project took a long time in planning throughout Alfie was great, at redesigning the planned layouts and making sure we found the best option. Eventually guided by the wonderful Ian from Constant Heating we settled on the injoist panels, which preserved floor height. The system has transformed the feel of the space, The Chapel has a stillness now, with much fewer drafts. Really appreciated all the help from Ian and his team.

FastWarm offer the most amazing customer service and technical assistance when planning our second set of rooms with underfloor heating. We have loved having underfloor FastWarm in our kitchen - and our cats love it too - and our experience this time has been superb. We initially ordered slightly different insulation to that which we needed but Alfie helped us get things right and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Having works done at home can be a very stressful business but FastWarm have made part of it a joy by being so friendly and helpful

Great company great product and great staff to help when you need it

Ordered some tile backer boards from fastwarm as they were one of only a few companies that provided a 50mm thickness board as I needed to pack a shower enclosure out to accommodate the tray.

Unfortunately part of the first order I received had been damaged in transit and the boards were mis shapen on the edges. Normally this wouldn't be an issue if it was being used for flooring insulation but as it's a wet room I needed tight tolerances to be as waterproof as possible.

The same evening I received the items I contracted customer services via email and before 9am the following day I had a reply and a replacement order put through instantly which to be honest is outstanding service which I could not fault one bit. Fortunately the job wasn't delayed too much and replaced the new boards the next day.

My only recommendation would be to upgrade the packaging materials on the edges for the shower boards.

Thankyou to the fastwarm team for swift action. I would hands down recommended this company if you are looking for a great product and customer service that I believe this company takes very seriously which in 2026 is thin on the ground. Buy with confidence. Thanks.
