I had a very disappointing experience with FatCoupon.

In March 2025, I placed two orders on the Sonos website using FatCoupon’s referral links. One order tracked correctly and received cashback. The second order (Order #106813688), placed the same day, in the same browsing session, was fully paid, shipped, and delivered — yet the cashback was never credited.

I provided FatCoupon with official Sonos invoices, order confirmations, and screenshots proving that the order was completed and never cancelled or refunded. Despite this clear evidence, the case has been “under review” for over a year. What’s worse, FatCoupon stopped responding entirely after November 2025.

This is no longer a technical issue — it’s a failure to honor an advertised service. As a customer, I followed all tracking rules exactly and acted in good faith. After more than 12 months, no resolution, and months of silence, my trust in this platform is gone.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious. Cashback is not guaranteed, and support may simply stop responding when problems arise.

The site was great for a few years but then they suddenly closed my account and I had money that I can't access now. They won't respond to multiple emails or facebook messenger messages. I would stay away from them as they aren't trustworthy.

Absolutely the worst. Never gave cashback after following all of their steps and waiting their ridiculous timeline of 1-3 months. After multiple attempts at following up, they simply ignore the messages. Use any cashback site but this one!!! Be WARNED!!!

They are scammers, after you make your purchase they block your account and steal your money

Rewards rarely track and/or support finds an excuse not to honor the offer. Almost never have an unresolved problem with other portals. Much better services out there, no need to use this one. Never again

There is nothing good about it. They use a trap with cashback up to... In this case, you will get much less than other cashback companies offer. Support almost always just ignores requests. Very long wait for payments. And the minimum withdrawal amount is $50, which is a lot. I do not recommend it!
