Brilliant customer service
I had the pleasure of being served by Sandy today and she provided wonderful customer service. Nothing was too much trouble without being overbearing.. a real delight to help me with my clothes shopping today. Easily my favourite shop
I always enjoy going to FatFace shops, and the mail order service is excellent. I would like to buy more,but with everything going up in price,I cannot afford to buy anything,even the sale price is a stretch.

Positive review on fat face
The shop employees were very friendly and lovely. They helped us in many ways and we found the perfect item. I also really like the sustainable brand and the items they have. But I would definitely get more children's items for many young kids or teenagers.

Great experience at Bromley store
Ang at the Fat Face Bromley store couldn’t have been more helpful. She helped us to browse and was so personable and friendly we purchased much more than we came in for. What an asset to the company she is. We felt the range and style of items has really improved and my husband and I bought jeans, tops and jumpers. We know the quality is great too!

Amazing help from staff in store
I unfortunately needed to return the item I ordered and so took it in to the Bromley store. As it was a PayPal purchase it needed to be returned online which the member of staff did as well as package and send the item off for me. Refund was received very swiftly after. Thank you.
