Friendly staff, tidy organized store
All the staff in the Cardiff store were amazing, we had our little dog with us and they couldn’t have been friendlier 😊 even offering a treat for him. Thank all so much

So disappointed that as a company you do not stock and supply the larger lady plus sizes in store they are only available on line ….this is wrong and it’s discrimination against the larger lady ..may I suggest that they will in the future have them in store after all you take the name fat as part of your trade name then look after the fat people!!!!!!!!!! I await you reply ASAP I have no problem sharing this email

Delivery options not working properly Watch their website
Watch their website. I. Ordered on line for home delivery at £3.95 but when I got the confirmation email it had defaulted to collect at store which would of course have been free. Emailed straight away but they refused to help and I had to go to the store where the manager said a few customers had had the same problem with the website.

I forgot to add one item to the order…
I forgot to add one item to the order (£150). I went online to see if I could add it on, but this was not possible (I do understand this). Online it said if I contacted customer services I could order said item, and I could be reimbursed the postage I contacted customer services, as suggested, and they said no!!!! I will buy a similar item elsewhere!!!! Its not a lit of money but I feel really cross.

Always had good experiences with Fatface, only criticism is size 6 in quite a few styles tend to come up larger, so its hit and miss.
Customer services for online and in shop purchases have always been great and staff polite and helpful. Even when i received an online delivery whereby somebody ha removed an item on transit, this was resolved promptly.
Please open more stores :) high street stores in Wales.
