Easy to order online and pick up from store. Trousers are comfy and fit well. Nice and cool for the hot weather.

I found a skirt I wanted in the local store (Maidstone) but they did not have my size. They volunteered to order the right size and have it delivered to my house the next day. This duly arrived and the skirt was just right and in a high quality material which I love. I was so pleased with it I ordered a matching blouse and I can now wear it as a dress or separately. I was very impressed with the friendly and efficient service I received in the shop and the quality of the merchandise.

I ordered on line to pick up I store. The delivery was quick. When I went to the store the staff were friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with my purchase, it was a good price in the sale too.

I love the quality of the clothes from here and the return is very easy to do in the store. The people from the store are also very helpful and friendly. The clothes from here have lasted me a long time. The summer clothes are very comfortable and cooling too.

I've used Fat Face many times lately with purchasing a hoodie, t-shirts and shorts.
Soon I'll get more. I ordered online and then got the items delivered to my local store. So easy to use and you get great updates. Easy to use and then to collect the items. When I collect the items I can see what's new in-store and the items for Men and Women are fantastic. The quality is amazing and the best part is the staff are friendly and so relaxed. Best staff around. Easy to shop either in store or online.

I went into the Maidstone store today to maybe buy a dress - I was immediately drawn to one on prominent display, and staff member Rika was on hand to help me find the right fit, to advise on the length, gave a couple of other options, then when I had made my choice, helped me to find the perfect necklace and earrings to complement it. She was fantastic, I'd gone in with a vague idea and she'd helped me put together almost the whole outfit, with some further ideas about styling. The other staff at the counter were also friendly and knowledgeable, I've got to give lovely Rika the 5 stars though!
Goes without saying the quality of the clothes was A+, I've been buying Fat Face clothes for years and will continue to do so, especially from the Maidstone store. Thank you Rika!

It is really easy to order on line and if there are any problems with your order the staff are helpful and refund policy is brilliant.

I am a very frequent customer of FatFace up north but today I was visiting Maidstone and decided to check out their store. The 2 on shift, 'O' and 'Rika' were both so welcoming and friendly. They helped me with all my queries and finding a good fit for my size as im very tall. All around they were very polite, kind and professional and in doing so helped an already great atmosphere become even better. I will happily visit again the next time I'm down in Maidstone. Impressed with the customer service. I visited the store with my friend today, though we had no plans to shop but the staff that helped us was so friendly and helpful that we ended up shopping a lot.We were greeted warmly and introduced to the new range. She helped me pick outfits as I was interested in getting a denim and she let me know about the different types of fits that the store offered, asked me to try them to understand the fit.She was very knowledgeable about the material and sizing. She took time to understand my needs and provided me with different option and i am really happy with all the purchase i made.
I am not someone who usually leaves reviews but the staff who helped me today in your store is really an asset to your team. I did not catch her name but I think she said it was nicka , I hope I spelled it correctly!! I really hope the store recognises her for her hardwork and amazing customer service because she is really an asset to your team . We will definitely shop in your store again .

Visited Maidstone branch today and was blown away with the help I received. Such great teamwork from 3 staff members as Ellis helped me to refund my item, a young man collected my package for me and the other lady went through different jeans with me and helped me choose a pair. All 3 people working were very bubbly and you could tell that they have such a good and friendly vibe. I won’t hesitate to come back. 10/10 customer service.
