The male assistant was very helpful. Finding my order when I hadn't been sent an email that it had arrived. He also kept by for me a matching jumper.

I ordered some items online
I ordered some items online - not all of them suitable because of poor fit or design or not appearing as photos. All items were of excellent quality though, something I have come to expect from Fatface. What I really like is that I knew it would be easy to return any unwanted items to my local store in Maidstone where the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Hence the 5 stars even though not everything in my order was suitable.
