I love going into Fat Face Milton Keynes! The customer service is of a consistently high standard. This time Pauline welcomed me back following some months of absence after surgery. The other female staff member (I'm sorry not to have remembered her name) seemed equally pleased to see me and to witness my obvious recovery. They made me feel like an old friend dropping in. The care following this was as attentive as always - helpful and encouraging without being pushy. I want to thank these two women particularly for their friendliness, caring and support before and after my surgery. They really go the extra mile and seem passionate about their work. It really has made all the difference.

Good range of prices and sizes. Very helpful staff. Shop is small but managed to display a wide range of products. They didn't have my size in store but was able to order online which was quick and easy.
