I ordered 2 pairs of meribel leggings
I ordered 2 pairs of meribel leggings. I have only received one pair and have been informed that the other pair have been sent to the wrong place. I ordered last Thursday but have still not received the second pair. When I looked online it said they were in transit but I don't know how long this takes and where they were sent in the first place.

Great product and smooth setvice
Ordered from sale online. Kept up to date with click and collect. Prompt email to say problem with delivery, before it became s problem. Confirmed when ready to click and collect.
Staff very helpful on collection and made use of store changing room yo check fit. Needn't have bothered as sizes "true" and fitted perfectly.

Ordering & return process easy but one size does not fit all
Fatface offers a wide selection of good quality clothes. Locating what you want is definitely made easier using the filters. On a few occasions, unfortunately, I was shown sold out items in my size which was frustrating.
Speed of delivery was amazing and the returns process is easy to follow.
I bought some capri pants. Love the style but sizing is off, for me. I have a pear shape - small chest and waist, larger hips and legs. I find that to get the legs just wide enough to squeeze into, they fit tight like leggings but the waist is massive. I would love to be able to buy Fatface clothing that fitted my shape as the quality is great and whilst it isn't cheap, it is good value for money as the garments do last. This makes it more sustainable and environmentally friendly which is a big tick from me.

The cargo shorts fit very well and I'm glad I ordered the longer leg. They are really well made, rather heavy than light weight which I prefer. The pockets are great too, a good size. Im very pleased I bought them and can recommend them 😀
