The staff at my local branch are always helpful and friendly. Most recently, I took my time deciding which of two canvas shoes to purchase, eventually making up my mind. I am (to date) always happy with the customer service I receive at my local branch, staff are friendly, approachable and seem to genuinely enjoy their work, which is nice to see.

Extremely lovely store to shop
Extremely lovely store to shop, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The layout of the shop inspires me and it is always very clean. They have a great range of the Fatface clothing for sale and are very helpful if you need to order on line from their shop. You can have deliveries to the store, your home or a Next shop.

Very good service from FatFace both in their shop and on line.
Your staff were very helpful in the St Neots shop. They helped me find trousers in the right size and shape.
Your on line service was very good as well.
