Staff friendly and helpful. Click and collect works well. There is always good choice of styles, some lovely colour schemes also men’s section welcome asset in town bereft of any menswear stores.

Great service
Great customer service from Louise who went above and beyond to get the fleece I wanted to me before I went away on holiday. The fleece is really cosy too.

Love Fatface, ordering is easy.
delivery to store is simple.
But if stores sold larger sizes this would be such an improvement.

Fantastic Service
I cannot praise Fatface highly enough and this is both the customer service team and the store assistants in the St Neots store.
My first order with Fatface wasn't the smoothest of experiences, one order didn't arrive and then on ordering again, this was seemingly not going to arrive either. However, customer services sorted the orders out for me, and St Neots store sorted out the return of the duplicate item. A great team effort from Fatface and a lovely dress for me.

Lovely staff St Neots Store
Lovely staff, knowledgeable about product, made to feel welcome. I really struggle to find jeans to fit, they were patient and helpful and I ended up with 2 pairs!

Saw some chino’s in the shop unfortunately didn’t have my size but could order on-line for free delivery to shop for next week which was ideal. When picked up tried on at home very pleased with product good fit and quality.

ice Cream t shirt
Having purchased the Jude t shirt in a size 12 and realised how big it was, FatFace responded to my review on here very promptly. I managed to swap it to a smaller size and it fits beautifully. Thanks FF!
At St Neots branch, I was met by a lovely member of staff who directed me to the t shirts I was after. Lovely store.
