Fantastic service
Ordered the wrong size for collection. Swapped in store and went home very happy. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Always tempted
Fatface have great customer service and the deliveries are always very speedy. Its where I buy most of my clothes these days. My local store is small but always full of lovely things.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Pleasant change
What a pleasant change, the ladies in the store could not have been more helpful. My wife liked a dress unfortunately this wasn’t available in her size, however the same dress in another colour was they suggested trying this to check the sizing and then gave us all the details to order online, which we did the right size dress in the colour of choice arrived just a few days later, thank you.
