Ordered denim bunny rabbit dungarees with a bunny fail for my granddaughter. The item arrived today. Absolutely appalling drab quality denim, frayed seam lines and the tiny button tail has an elasticated loop that you fix onto a button on the back of the dungarees. The button is visible when you place the tail on. This is yet another Chinese company masquerading as a British company (they claimed to a be a London based company) selling crap quality items and charging high prices. The item was posted in China and quotes Ali Express on the label. Hardly a British company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I THINK THE FACT THE COMPANY TOOK 8 MONTHS TO RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW TELLS YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!

This is a scam company. I bought what looked like cute dungarees at 25 pounds. I then clocked that is actually a Chinese fast fashion company and took over 2 weeks in getting the product. The worst is that the item didn’t looked nothing like the photo, bad quality would be giving it Grace. It was full of loose threads and looked like it been hand made by a toddler. Also the denim was a different shade that the one online. Anyways, like it has been said previously, AVOID!!!

Horrible shipping times - took forever for one item to ship. Nasty customer service and cheap products. Don't order from them.

I received this item without a tracking number. When I opened the package, the dungarees smelled strongly of fumes abd the material is worse. The Jean material is incredibly cheap and poorly put together. Never again.

Made an order still hasn’t arrived or had any update with delivery status.
Tried emailing several times without any response
Messaged them on Instagram to which they have ignored me whilst continuing to post updates to stories etc.

Do not purchase from this company what so ever

If you order from here you're paying premium prices for Shein quality clothing. Website photos are misleading and make the products look more high end than they are. Would avoid.

Order took two weeks to arrive and zero reply to emails. When my order arrived (bunny dungarees) they are clearly extremely cheaply made, there are already multiple loose threads. Disappointed for the price point. Would not purchase again.

I've ordered twice now. Both orders took over 2 weeks to arrive. I contacted them for 2nd order and no response. My second order was sized so wring and I emailed regarding refund process as no details on line and heard nothing so basically only order if you're willing to wait and know you don't want a refund.

Giving 2 * as my first order while taking ages to come was ok

Ordered 8 days ago, no shipping or order updates received. I emailed customer service, no reply. Tried to contact them via Instagram direct msg but I was again directed to the customer service email address.
Eventually got a response as a result of commenting on their Instagram post. I was enquiring about the ETA of my order, their first and only response was to cancel my order.
Other shoppers commented on the Instagram post, also waiting for their orders with no communication. I suggested that we had been 'scammed'.
They have since deleted the comments and my refund is still 'pending' now.
Do not waste your time and money.

Updated after response from seller below:
There was no reply to my email requesting information on my order (my initial enquiry). The only way to get a response was via a message underneath an Instagram post. There was no reassurance that my order would be shipped. After the many other negative reviews I could only assume that my order would also not arrive.
I was advised to check the delivery times on the website, this was not reassuring or helpful.
If I do receive my refund I will update the review.

The clothes are cheaply made shipped from china. The website is very deceiving making you think you’re buying from a British company. 5 items I ordered and only 2 I’d put my daughter in. Wish I’d seen these reviews before spending £90. Costly error 😡

Lovely designs for items, some items however were see through (leggings) for babies which wasn’t ideal however got lots of compliments on the halloween jumper!

I placed an order on 03 December which I received on 18 December. It was a knitted romper costing £22. When it arrived I was shocked by the quality - full of holes and dropped stitches. Too late I checked reviews to see this is the experience for a majority of customers and further investigation showed that the same item is available on Ali Express for under £5, same marketing photos and everything. Had I purchased for £5 I would have expected the quality received however not worth the price paid to receive the same item from what s merely a drop shipping business. I would recommend all avoid this website and if they are interested in a product check websites such as Shein / Ali Express and save yourself some money. I am aware that the item can be returned to Faye and Lyla but so close to Christmas and this was intended as a gift I am unwilling to throw good money after bad on the price of the return and will find an alternative gift in store somewhere.

Along with most people here would not even give one star. Bought a coat for over £50, crap quality and too big. Have asked to return as states free return on Google. Have had 3 emails with all the nicey nicey we want to make you happy crap, will give you a discount if you keep it, we will send another discount rubbish Now I am saying I don't want it they have gone quiet and not replying along with all the other people on here. Funny how they did respond to bad experiences and now they don't even bother with that. Must be inundated with complaints as such a scam company clearly. Avoid like the plague! Be happy to hear from you Layla fashion about your scamming with free returns as stated on Google search. Absolute joke of a company.

The worst experience ever. I wish I had read reviews earlier. It’s a scam. The website is designed in such a way that would lead you to believe it is being shipped from within UK. Terrible customer service. More than 2 weeks of placing the order, but still has not been delivered. Wrong tracking number provided.
Please avoid by all means. What a waste of time and money.

Wouldn’t even have given one star if I could! This company is a scam, the site is set up to look like it is based in the UK when it is in fact based in China. The site states processing time for orders is up to 7 business days, despite numerous chases mine was only shipped 13 business days (19 normal days) after placing my order. My order was sent in 2 parts and had missing items. They have the cheek to try and counter the chargeback I made to my bank even though they didn’t fulfil my order, or in line with the timescales they state, nor did they respond to my messages, or emails. I did receive a response on instagram which was a lie, as they stated on the 17th it would be shipped and it wasn’t actually shipped until the 23rd. The reviews online are terrible for a reason. AVOID!!!

Cheep crap having to get refund throw bank so don't purchase nothing if you don't want scammed

Only giving one star as couldn’t give 0. Email states you will receive an email once items have been dispatched. They provided wrong tracking numbers, have sent 5 emails with only one response from them ordered back in August and still waiting. Go somewhere else it is not worth the money or hassle.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. A lesson learned. Took forever to come, I had almost given up. I had wrongly assumed, like others, they would be coming from the UK. If I had known they were coming from China (I could see in the tracking) I would have ordered them from Temu for half the price. Thank goodness I had only ordered one pair of booties. The clothing looks so tempting online but DON’T BE FOOLED!
