My first time ordering with fayeandlyla - I ordered 2 of the knit pumpkin jumpers and they are beautiful. The stitch work is very good there are no snags or looseness in the jumpers - the jumpers themselves are thick and cosy and the fit is oversized which I love in a jumper. Looking forward to ordering again!
The delivery took around 2 weeks so be mindful if you are wanting something for an upcoming event to order in advance.

It’s basically a drop ship company. I saw similar items on shein and was sad thinking they’d stolen the designs from this small business. Nope. It’s more like this business orders from the same place as shein, or even shein itself, and inflates the price and sells it on. Tbf it’s pretty smart, it’s just a little underhand to come off like a family run small business. The quality is meh. Had I bought it for shein prices it would be ok. Also from order to receiving was 19 days. As everyone else said I was giving two tracking numbers that never worked on the Royal Mail website. They don’t even have the common sense to take it out of the Chinese bags and pretend they aren’t drop shipping.

We love ordering from Faye and Lyla for our twin girls, the clothes are so unique and great quality and the delivery is quick.

Give this company a swerve. Awful communication, poor customer service, charging for items not received and the quality is cheap. Might look cute on Instagram but not worth the hassle. I fell into the trap of thinking it was an independent uk based shop - no it's imported cheap Chinese crap.

First off I was fooled by the pretty looking instagram and nice website. Read that they are based in London. The people that make the website might be based in London but the clothes are from China. I waited over a month for it to be delivered from China they could make this more obvious to the customers and when they got here the clothes had a nasty smell to them. I put them in the wash. It was a romper and hat. The romper came out the wash with threads coming out everywhere. Luckily I’m good with a sewing machine so I’ll remove all the stitching and sew it together properly. I wish I had come on here first before ordering. First and last time for sure. It’s like ordering from Temu or wish but being charged more for a boutique looking website but it’s the exact same quality of clothing!

So disappointed with this company! First of all it took nearly a month to deliver my goods, then to find out things are just directly shipped from china is quite disappointing when they claim to be a small business run in the UK. Also I DMed them twice on Instagram to be completely ignored both times. Not sure how you can run a business if you ignore everyone! I saw other people commenting on their photos saying they’ve been ignored too. Quality of my item is poor, and is also available on Temu I found out! AVOID THIS COMPANY

This company is the epitome of “here’s what I bought and here’s what I got”.
Extremely slow delivery, almost 19 days!
Slow and at times unresponsive customer service unless you contact multiple times.
I ordered the Milk Bottle 3 piece set, when it finally arrived it was bad quality to say the least, very thin material, the top compared to the “matching” bottoms were disproportionate in size and there were small yellow stains on all 3 items. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
This is not a good quality brand as their website or IG tries to give the impression of. Awful!

Do not order from these. I ordered 2 outfits. Total bill was £35, one of the items I ordered was £15, a baby grow. It had a shein label in it.

I thought I was ordering from a lovely boutique. Very wrong and feel I have been Mis sold a product

Avoid at all costs

As others have already said, don’t be fooled by the ‘boutique’ website. The clothes are poorly made, bad quality and have no labels. They’re all made in China and fit really badly. I bought two pieces and they are awful! Don’t waste your money here.

Really poor service. It’s been nearly 4 weeks since placing an order and I’m still yet to receive it. I’ve had no correspondence whatsoever from the seller nor a courier with any updates of my order!

I bought a Balloon Print Tracksuit from Faye & Lyla. When the item arrived after 18 days the base colour of the print was very yellow and not cream as the website picture showed. On their website regarding refunds, it states that if a refund is required then email them and they will process a refund. After 2 weeks since contacting them via email and through their instagram, I have been ignored, still stuck with a yellow faulty tracksuit. My advise would be don't shop here, as not only will you receive faulty products but you will also be ignored.

Poor service. Took weeks to arrive and did not respond to emails asking for updates. Clothing of poor quality. One item has been shipped from China with Chinese label not a Faye and Lyla label.

Awful quality clothing. The website looks like a boutique independent clothing site - the order took over 3 weeks to come and it was literally 3 parcels of cheap unbranded pieces with labels from China on. The clothing is really poor quality and I am still waiting for 1 item that never arrived. Seriously don't waste your money on this site - over priced and really awful looking. I will be returning the items (if I can!)

I've given 1 star but if there was a zero option I would choose that. 4 days of waiting and still no response on returning an item. All round disappointment and a terrible customer experience. My items were expensive terrible quality and the sizing was way off. My 1 year old granddaughter would have to be about 5 before she can wear the item !

Don’t be fooled by the nice website. Items shipped straight from China, poor quality for the price they are selling and some items are different than the images shown on the website. Sizes are really small too. Half my order didn’t arrive and I’ve emailed and sent a DM on Instagram and had no response.

Really disappointed with the order and the delivery time. Ordered 1 item which took almost a month to arrive. Based on the item I received vs what I thought I had ordered, I really believe that this company is not what they market themselves to be. As others have said, the items aren’t cheap and online they look well made and of good quality. When the cardigan I ordered arrived, it really did look like a mask produced product that you would find on the Chinese cheap sites. I won’t order from them again and would advise others not to waste their money.

Misleading company! Ordered at the beginning of February and have not received the item sent multiple emails to them asking where my order was, have finally been refunded! Please please don’t shop with this company they steal your money and leave you hanging until you boombard them emails demanding to know

Misleading website, you think it’s a lovely boutique in reality it’s someone sending to China for cheap , poor quality clothes. You would be quicker flying to China yourself . Still waiting on a baby outfit ordered 14th Dec . Spend your money elsewhere.Don’t be duped .Would never order again .

I really really wish that I read the reviews first!!

I thought this was a genuine small business and was happy to support. I made an order expecting the clothes to arrive in a week. It still has not been shipped. I bought from this site for my friend's baby shower and now I have nothing to give her. I have tried to email the company but I am getting bounce backs. I tried to message on Instagram but have been ignored. I have filled out the contact form on the site - no reply. I just really want my money back. I have a lot of regret.

Wish I read these reviews before buying. The baby clothes looked amazing on Instagram but when I received the items they are from China and not the quality I was expecting. Very disappointed. I’ve been trying to get in touch for a refund and they have not replied as yet ( I have sent a couple of emails and filled in a form for some sort of contact) absolutely shocking.
I have had a full refund now.
