This company is awful - do not use.

They make out that they are a ‘Mum run’ business but this is just a poorly run drop ship business. Everything is made and shipped from China - so not only is the quality poor but you will not receive the items quickly or at all.

Do not believe the Instagram or website that this is some cute independent retailer - she’s just getting cheap clothes shipped direct and she will only handle the refunds.

The quality is awful as well - so even if you receive your items you will be disappointed.

This company made out as if they were a small business and make everything themselves. I ordered a cute little tracksuit which then took 4 weeks to arrive and looked nothing like the image, it looks and feels cheap and they ship from China - I’ve seen this set on loads of different sites. Nothing wrong with clothes from China but they made out they were a boutique with original items made by themselves. Also expensive for cheap tatt

Poorly made clothes from China. Disappointed with what I received, which took quite some time. Wish I read reviews here first as I would not have placed my order.

Ordered a few items from here, it took forever to arrive as although they make it seem they’re UK sourced, everything comes from China so the quality is really poor. I also had an item missing from the order but haven’t heard anything back from customer service in over a week. Wouldn’t purchase from here again.

The items were marketed online as being from a small boutique. The items are not cheap and as such, I expected a luxury feel to the items when they arrived, at the very least wrapped in some tissue! The items ship directly from China, take 3/4 weeks to arrive and look markedly different to the images online. My purchases were all returned as they didn’t look as per the image online. I understand you are a new business but the customer experience from the minute the item arrived at my door was one of regret and disappointment - even just packaging the clothing in a nice box would make all the difference! A refund was given but this needed an email to chase up the money.

Appalling lead times from point of ordering, communication is rude and unhelpful and the quality of the items ordered was the worst - rubbish material, paper thin and not a thing like their website quality. I’ll never order from this company again. Oh and they claim on their website that it is clear that goods come from abroad but you’ve really got to hunt through it to find it. Save your money and spend it elsewhere for quality and speed of delivery.

I want to buy from small businesses in the uk, I thought that this was genuine small business by a mother of one, sourcing childrens clothes with a difference. Well the only difference is, email addresses are invalid, you can’t get in touch with them, no contact number, goods take forever to arrive, They come directly from China not London as I thought, as it came too late I’ve returned it to get my money back. Still waiting for a refund. I won’t buy from here again, very misleading.

Ordered some items from this company they came and I was not happy with them as they looked cheap. I emailed them and was provided with the returns address paid for the shipping and they offered me a refund of £12.59 via PayPal which I refused as i paid £138.53 for my items. I am yet to get a refund so I would advise anyone to stay away. So they got my money and got back their items and I haven't been issued with my refund. Scammers so be aware. Since as you've responded to my review let's be clear about one thing I made a claim via PayPal because I was yet to receive any of the items after which they started to arrive so let's not pretend as if I made a claim when I received all of the items and the only reason why I am keeping two of the items is because they're personalised and I'm unable to return them that's the only reason. I'll be looking out for my refund at the end of the week. And PayPal did not side with you so please.

I have now placed 2 orders with Faye & Lyla. Originally I purchased the balloon tracksuit and decided to just order this initially to check quality and ensure I was happy. It arrived relatively quickly and it was of a great standard, everyone compliments when my daughter wears it. I then purchased 2 other tracksuits and a loungewear set for my daughter and I would say delivery was a little longer but the quality is fantastic. I have seen the negative reviews here but honestly the products I have received are great and I wouldn't hesitate to order more. In my personal experience I would definitely recommend and I am really fussy with quality and service.

Ordered some shoes and jumpers for my daughter 2 weeks ago. Haven’t arrived emailed got a response a week later saying only one item has been shipped with a tracking number that doesn’t work, told me the other hasn’t been shipped and will then take 15 days to arrive.
Will be contacting bank to get my money back as looking at the review the quality will be awful when it all finally arrives from China.

very dissappinted in myself for ordering from this website. I've seen a lot of things I like and decided to finally order. The prices are higher than other websites and I persumed it wad based in the UK because of this. However after ordering you get tracking info that isn't genuine and doesn't work. It took 3 and half weeks for the order to arrive and I'm disappointed in the quality, they have also been shipped from Asia and the labels are cheap so it wont make a great gift as I thought! The site is very misleading and charges a higher price on items that you can get much cheaper elsewhere and you probably dont have to wait as long!

Ordered a set and it took a long time to arrive. The quality is what you’d expect for the price. The print was very bright and pretty.

Very slow delivery and poor communication. My order took nearly a month to arrive, came in separate parcels, two of which were the wrong size. All products shipped from China and weren’t great quality.

Ordered an item on 3rd Aug, finally arrived on 27th Aug. Communication with fayeandlyla was awful. Item doesn't look as good in person & is very big, defo not worth how much I paid for it!

Placed an order for 2 baby rompers on 11th July. I read the delivery times but just assumed they were covering themselves for any delays! Like most of the (real) reviews left below, I wish I had done my research! Never have I waited so long for something as little as baby clothes to be delivered! Plus now I am not getting my hopes high as the reviews are not good regarding quality! I guess it will be a return for me, but will I receive a refund, that seems to be the question! I ordered the 6-12 months and my daughter is 10 months so wouldn’t get much wear out of it now anyway! Well we shall see once this arrives! Also, I too thought I was ordering from a little boutique after seeing the advert on FB! Disappointing!

I wish I had the reviews before giving this company a chance. Their website is so misleading and it’s as if they are a family run boutique in London. I ordered a lilac rainbow romper, it took just under 3 weeks to arrive with the postage labels from China. The care label is in Chinese so I can’t understand how to care for the item and it’s bizarrely sewn onto the outside of the romper, how can my child wear this? The stitching is wonky and the rainbow design is sewn on not straight. It’s a cheap product. I’ve emailed the team and they’re refusing to issue me a refund until I return this crap item. I will pay for the postage and return it but their customer service is atrocious. I cannot stress enough when I say do not buy anything from here.

Our first baby. We didn’t know gender so opted for white, we had a little boy and he wore it today for the first time! So many compliments. Lovey quality and was delivered within 2 weeks. I will definitely be purchasing more for my little boy! :)
