Many many thanks to Richard at Fearnalls for a superb service when buying our new house. He kept us calm when we were worried about anything and guided us in all aspects of the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for him including our requests for many viewings. I would highly recommend him to anybody thinking of buying or selling a property.

When my buyer pulled out he wasted no time in arranging further viewings and a prompt sale enabling me to go ahead with my purchase. I have no reservations in my recommendation.

The sale proved to be difficult with buyers dropping out and then the Truss budget disaster. Throughout Richard kept going and provided a calming presence when we were getting very stressed. The completion happened very quickly and Richard was on hand to help us through that. I would highly recommend Fernalls.

A brilliant experience all round. Very good proactive communication, rapid response to requests and questions, general excellent customer service. If only other people I have to deal with gave service that came close to Fearnalls' my life would be much easier. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend 100% plus.
