They couldn't care less.

I purchased a phone upgrade and had it shipped to my apartment. Knowing this was a $1500 purchase, I wanted to make sure the package required a signature or if it could be redirected to a safer location. Turns out it did not require a signature and they would not let me adjust the delivery option. So FedEx left a $1500 package in between my apartment and my neighbors while I was at work. I had to beg my boss to let me go home and secure it so my new purchase would not be stolen. FedEx is, without a doubt, the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I've had multiple bad experiences in the past with them but this is the one that led me to leave a review. If possible, avoid them at all costs.

Slow Shipping, 2 days no package, terrible customer support

Worst shipping service ever I purchased something online with 2 day shipping it's been days nothing tracking hasn't updated to my area and there customer support is terrible they have this stupid robot that doesn't help it just gives the same answers over and over again. I don't understand why people use fedex ANY OTHER SERVICE IS FASTER.

FedEx lies and I feel they are stealing…

FedEx lies and I feel they are stealing packages. I purchased an item from China. Shipping was fast until it hit Eastaboga Alabama. I was supposed to get my shipment 10/13/21. Got a text message on the 13th that it was delayed for the 14th, then delayed the 15th then all red on their tracking site stating they don’t have an estimated delivery date. I called the 15th, the shipper an I called the 16th where they said it still could be in the hub in Eastaboga. Called the 18th and spoke to a supervisor and received a phone call this morning from the Eastaboga hub supervisor who said the package was no where to be found. 59 minutes ago I got a text message stating the package was delivered the 14th??!!! LIES!!! THEY LITERALLY BACK DATED A LIE! DO NOT USE FEDEX….YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! P.S. I HAVE ALL THE TRACKING PICS, EMAILS AND FEDEX TEXT MESSAGES TO PROVE WHAT IM SAYING FROM DAY 1!!!!!

Lies, Lies, Lies

Weather Delay
Local weather delay - Delivery not attempted-
This is the lie that FEDEX uses for their inability to deliver shipment on time. This has become so bad that I now ask merchants if they ship with FEDEX, and if they do I purchase the merchandise elsewhere. Our delivery service comes out of the Showlow Arizona center. Besides the lies regarding not delivering items on time, they have left shipments sitting in the open alongside the road, and they have left them in the lobby of the Post Office in town. Suggestion; Don't buy from merchants that will not use another shipper.

Two people at home, a Ring video doorbell and yet driver claimed nobody was present.

I stayed home solely for having to sign for a package. Two cars in front and two people at the house yet the driver never knocked nor used the Ring doorbell, and I was in plain sight of the driver as he pulled away. I contacted FedEx and tried to explain what happened but the representative did not seem to care. Immediately after departing my home the driver made a report that nobody was home. Instead of requesting a redelivery, which would require me to stay home once again, I asked that the package be left at a FedEx pickup location nearest my home. Now two days have passed and the package (which is time-sensitive) is still at their distribution warehouse and no update as to when it will be ready. What angers me most is the dishonesty from the driver. No effort on his part to even knock, but to then claim nobody was home is insanity. FedEx has really gone downhill and I will avoid using them whenever possible.

It's sad actually

It's sad actually. It would seem a once, great company is now second-rate and unreliable. Four times in the past three months I have had shipment notifications delayed. In three of those cases I stayed home all day due the nature of the items. In each case, the notifications prior to the delivery date indicated a specific date and all through that delivery date the information on the FEDEX website remained the same. Then, in the evening (around 8 PM each time) the website changes and says "Delivery Pending, no delivery date available"
As I said, sad to see this company become second-rate. Might explain why I never see an Amazon package being delivered by FEDEX.

ONCE AGAIN ANY COMMUNICATION is a Dead End Street 😥

Once again, always on a Saturday or as the people who like to harass me on a daily -regular never ending basis-everything bad always happens to ME on a Saturday, a FedEx package that I paid for has gone missing. The FedEx website told me I would receive the package today-it even said-"Out for Delivery". Tonight after 8pm and still waiting...I checked the FedEx website and they changed the Status of my Package to "UNKNOWN". With NO delivery date. So what happened?

I tried calling FedEx and as is now the case in my miserable life-a person or persons always seems to be "stealing" or "controlling" literally ALL of my phone calls. I am forced to speak to people with very specific names-always names of people who have either threatened my very life or caused me severe pain and trauma. Yet these people who say they are with FedEx or UHC or ANY Company, even when I call the Police-they act like it's a JOKE and they too take very odd names of people who have caused me severe PAIN and TRAUMA.

These stealing all my calls phone people also always have a heavy foreign Phillipines, Mexican or Indian Accent. I am not a racist. I will say that when every single phone call I make inside the United States which is where I live-to have people from other Countries-and not just other Countries, only a very few specific Countries- (Phillipines-India or Mexico) so these 3 specific Countries I am faced with people having heavy accents-they all have one syllable American names-names of the people who have hurt me personally VERY BADLY.

So the Trauma-and I do have PTSD of having to talk to these people and then they never ever help me in ANY WAY-it is as if these people are all on my phone and not even working for FedEx bc there is never ANY help. Never.
So they tell me exactly what I can see-the fate of my FedEx package is now Unknown and it is stuck in Kansas. When just a couple hours earlier my package was "Out for Delivery".

I BELIEVE MY PACKAGES ARE BEING STOLEN. I TRULY DO.

I DO NOT LIVE IN OLATHE, KANSAS AND ALL MY PACKAGES GO THERE AND THEN DISAPPEAR 😥😥😥😥😥I PAID FOR THEM!

Dysfunctional service and frequent late deliveries

I provided FedEx by mistake an envelope only with a POBox number - the passport renewal center did not publish a street address. FedEx picked up the envelope without scanning it. Consequently, I have a very hard time trying to locate and get it back. I've been spending hours on the phone, being transferred from department to department, sometimes by mistake of the representatives. More than 4 business days after it was picked up, I still did not get my envelope back, though it never left the city where I live. Moreover, FedEx delivered late two unrelated packages, in the absence of inclement weather or other widespread transportation problems.

I had a delivery with FedEx and I was called to inform me that I had to pay €55 due to daxes. After a week I got a call telling me I needed to pay €71. I managed to get in touch with the support (by the way 0.10 cents per minute and they are extremely slow to do everything) and they told me that they forgot to notify me the supplement of 15€ due to FedEx commissions. I paid an extra of half the double of the product. Worst shipping experience of my life.

Absolute scumbags!

Absolute scumbags!! Extremely difficult to get in touch with somebody. They also never hold themselves accountable for lost or damaged packages.
Out of past 5 shipments with fedex, 2 have arrived weeks late, 2 ended up damaged. Last one just went missing. UPS > FedEx ANYDAY

I paid for 2-3 day Express Shipping for some live fish, and it has been 10 days now, and still have not received my package. When you call the company, you get someone from a foreign land that does not have a clue what your talking about. They will not give you any information nor let you speak to someone in the US. Sure they will file lost package and complaint forms, however beyond that, there is 0-no support. I am sick and tired of these arrogant shipping companies making millions while providing very little customer service. Professional service is lacking and I am going back to good old fashioned USPS because I know I can get the Post Master on the phone. I may have to leave a message, however someone WILL call me back. I know I can have packages shipped general delivery to the PO where I can have control over when to pickup the package, and where I do not have to wait around on a FedEx truck delivery till 7PM and they never show up, or simply loose your package and never contact you. This company absolutely sucks--BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Again waiting for a package that…

Again waiting for a package that shipped the 25th. 2 pending deliveries. It is now Monday and package was suppose to be delivered Sunday. And before that on Friday or Sat. It's in Commerence City at 6pm last night and didn't leave there until 6 am this morning.
So now maybe Tuesday or Wed. if they get their delivery together. Nothing like waiting extra days to get a package. I had 2 that took forever. One shipped on the 23rd and got late 8:35pm 27th. 2 pending on it.
They are not picking up packages scheduled to go out for days. Books and packages. I get the Covid shortage of workers. But don't tell me it's going to be delivered on a Friday and not even get it 3 days later.
I have to sit around and wait and check phone to see if it's came.
I am paying interest on CC's for shipping and they are paid ahead of time. I am really upset that packages take longer to go out from sellers and then a week to get a package or even longer. Nobody is going to want to work for Fedex if you have a bad reputation.
USPS is faster go figure. That is if the local person doesn't steal or deliver your package to the other side of town. So much for having technology that tells you addresses and you deliver a package to Howes Street and I am on Monterey Drive. Howes is 15 minutes away.
Lately my neighbors and I deliver packages to each other since postal people including door dash can't figure out odd and even street numbers.
IT's Not my job to do this. But luckily the neighbors all know each other.
Fedex delivered over $200 rug that didn't even belong on this block. I had to chase them down and let them know. I couldn't even move it it was so heavy.
At least I am honest.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

Received a notification that my package had been delivered; however, I haven't received my package. Contacted Fedex regarding the package and was advised that the package will be delivered today. They sent out the notification stating that the package had been delivered because they have a high volume of deliveries to make. They are basically lying. There are other couriers that send notifications stating your item is out for delivery today. Once the item has been delivered, they take a picture and send it confirming the delivery has happened. Not that it will happen sometime in the future. FedEx, delivered means IT HAS HAPPENED, NOT THAT IT WILL HAPPEN SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE!!!!

I have yet to receive my package…

I have yet to receive my package which is 5 days late and I paid for rush air for an item within my state! Boggles my mind I have to wait for FedEx to contact me about this and the company I ordered from helped me more than FedEx as it’s FedEx’s fault! I’ve had a couple of late packages from FedEx and maybe one from UPS! USPS is more on time than FedEx, so irritating so from now on I’m only ordering from places that use ups, usps or Amazon or dhl!

Incompetent from the top down

I don't think they would post what I really have to say about this company But I will tell you they are the most incompetent buffoons I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with They lose items, Destroy items, And everything that I've ever had shipped with them has been late They tell you it will be delivered on a certain date so you make arrangements To have somebody watching for it And the item never shows And then late in the Evening you get A notice that says delayed until the next day And the same thing happens the next day I have had this done to me multiple multiple times And it is frustrating and very inconvenient If I could give them -5 stars that's what they would get I Completely disregard this company And always request a different shipper from The vendors I deal with I will even pay more To use a different company. One Particular shipment Came to my home at11:30 PM And I was extremely angry when I walked out the door To see The FedEx truck I believe he saw the look on my face And he immediately drove off Traveling up to the end of the street he got out of his vehicle and threw my package over the neighbors wall While they were sitting on their porch Enjoying the evening The gentleman said it scared the hell out of them when the package came flying over the wall, I tell you what a freaking joke of a company.

Garbage

Garbage customer service. Garbage website. Garbage text alert system. Just overall a garbage company. If I could leave 0 stars I would. FedEx is the fecal stain of shipping services. Use UPS instead.
