FedEx is the worst shipper on the planet.

@adidas customer service is the worst!! After going back n forth w/them n @FedEx about a lost package, they refused to refund the merchandise or credit the account. FedEx even went so far as to lie to me about the package being undeliverable while telling adidas that it was in fact delivered which basically absolves them of any responsibility. FedEx also gave me a bogus case number that means absolutely nothing to the shipper. Keep in mind, adidas stated that FedEx regularly provides misinformation to customers so that the customer won’t have access to the full details of the issue. To add insult to injury, adidas has now notated my acct for reps to hang up when I call. Take your money somewhere else. I should also note that this happens after a string of failed deliveries and “undeliverable” packages in the are by FedEx.

The Bottom of the barrel in shipping

This company needs to make some drastic changes in the current shipping policy that they use. I have been waiting for a package since 7/10/21 and still haven’t received it yet as of today(7/14/21). Calling the call center is useless. The people who answer the phone are rude and inconsiderate of the person who is waiting on a package to arrive. You can’t get a straight answer. I have called several times regarding my package being rescheduled and still not delivered. The last time I called I spoke to Carla and was put on hold only to be disconnected after waiting 14 minutes. I will use UPS from now on to ship anything.

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! They think that by making clients like us unhappy they can get away with everything... they forget that it is people like us who pay for the services that keep them alive..... FEDEX decided to send back my package from the airport saying that there were too many packages ...more than in Christmas .... so they decided to send it back to the sender without informing me..... WAY TO GO to be professional about it FEDEX!!!! so such behaviour is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE -OPPOSITE OF UPS

HI fed ex won't ring bell - if no signature required who knows what happenned to shipments -found parcel outside on floor -a neighbor 1b thought his parcel was stolen -i found it before out side of building - a friend 650 warburton stated parcels were all on floor ,in a larger building last week - i once asked for a signature require fed ex made no attempts to delieve it several attempts says fed ex -no attempts , they don't care about my hip disability -parcel was left on tuckahoe road -for pick up - i am worried about a heavy item ,which they the company im ordering from will add notes if i order -i requested ups its now easter sunday global mobile just a few days ago ,sent my parcel after a male rep insured me it would ship to ups yonkers ny 10710 i received email or tracking that stated fed ex would be their 8.00 pm note say before lobby he can get in on fl 2a by ringing people on 2nd floor -fed ex driver strikes again ,maybe he stole the cell phone do not trust fed ex in yonkers 10701 and the customer service doesn;t replys to phone call --- optimum mobile lied so i bought from a store -fed ex driver may of ripped my note off glass door -since i gave okay to ring neighbors bells i once talk to im,and stated that i had a siver camry accross the deli --- forward to all and happy easter

Worst service ever..

Worst service ever... Yes its cheaper but don't go for FedEx..its not value for money.. My shipment is delayed by more than 20 days still there is no update from FedEx team.. They are making excuses but to be honest they don't know where the package is.

They lost it 😢😢😢

DHL is more better.
They took only 4 days and deliver my package so fast.. So guys plz .. Do just don't go on my comment.. yes FedEx is cheaper but service is worst than that.. DHL is costly but service is best

Totally unacceptable

I arranged (and paid extra) for a parcel to be delivered by 12pm but unfortunately FedEx did not manage this and I have now been told it will be delivered before 6pm. This is not good enough. Tracking is useless and is not updated so you cannot find out when delivery will take place. I feel totally let down and would not recommend.

Where is my package.

Where is my package.? Don't ask them even though they left a me a message saying they had delivered. Forget about it because by the time you get someone on the phone it's someone reading a script that doesn't speak English all I got from trying to get my package was a big headache

Horrible Customer Service!

I made an order in January 8, 2021. I ordered before without any problems before. I forgot about my order a couple for a couple of weeks and haven't got an update from FedEx. I checked my order and I was shocked to learn that I accidentally put my work address (I thought I put my home address). I contacted customer service with ASOS and they told me that they could not help and that I should contact FedEx. I did that as ASOS told me but, when I contacted FedEx, they could not make the change due to the type of delivery they attached to the order and that only ASOS can make the change. So again, I went back to ASOS and again they said they could not make the change. I tried again with FedEx but, i called for a LIVE person to speak to on the phone. The person on phone said that they could help and change the address and it would be updated once it got to the FedEx Facility and it would be no problem sending it to my house. I checked the tracking again a couple of days later but, nothing has been updated, so i called again FedEx and explained what had happened and it was noted. The LIVE person from FedEx said that it would not be an issue and said that it would be updated on next business day. I waited through the weekend and checked mid-week and saw that it was being sent back to ASOS warehouse. I was floored when I checked my tracking number. I called again to FedEx and I was MAD and I yelled at the person on the line for a good 10min. They did not deserve that but, they gave me "I am sorry speech" which pissed me off. I was so upset i filed a complaint with FedEx and that is when I decided to contact ASOS again to see if they can change it to ship to my home (which i thought it would be easy to do, since they can only change it). I was on their chat and they started to give me the "I am sorry speech" too. All they can do is refund me? I didn't want a refund, i just wanted what I ordered. I am so pissed off with both ASOS and FedEx - I can't believe they both could not just change an address for me and have it reshipped. I would have paid for shipping again or would have picked up my package at the nearest FedEx store near where it was delivered. They both could not help me with what I call a simple fix. -I had to give it at least a 1 star but, I really would have not put any at all!

No different than the USPS

FedEx you're no different than the United States Postal Service, why tell me my package is going to be delivered today come to find out its being delivered tomorrow, you misinformed the customer, sad. If this was UPS it would have been here as stated not the next day, if I wanted it the next day I would have left the instructions for the next day.

@fedex I need assistance. My nephew and I have tried to make sure that he gets his xmas present and still no luck. I was sent a link by your representative but it does not work. I am a Director of Customer Experience and there has been no customer service. I have spent all day on your 800 number trying to make sure I get some sort of update and there isn't anything but a generic update. I have used your service in the past and have never experienced this. I also feel for your customer care team but again don't understand why I have had no real contact.

Inexcusably bad delivery execution

Inexcusably bad delivery execution. USPS, UPS, Prime, DHL, nobody else has ever had a problem finding my residence as it shows clearly on google maps.

FedEx has failed to deliver every time, listing the address as nonexistent, delivering to the wrong address blocks away, just returning my package to the depot to sit with no contact, if there is a way to screw up delivery they have done it to me.

After failing delivery of my Medicare contract that the provider paid for nexty day shipping on to meet a deadline the package was lost for three days, then left on my porch in the pouring rain with no protection. I wound up missing the deadline and having to take a more expensive plan with less coverage from another agency. Thanks for that, FedEx.

Marques Brownlee, a tech youtuber, recently said he wants fedex to be the pallbearers at his funeral so they can let him down one last time, and I understand that frustration perfectly.

Driver dumped my parcel as couldn't be bothered to deliver

I paid for a delivery from the USA to my home address in the UK which cost £43. The driver like Hermes could not be bothered but delivered it to a nearby holiday camp site reception as in his own words "he couldn't be bothered to look for my house" this is a breach of contract and is disgusting service. I phoned the local FedEx who called the driver and replied that he had dumped it at the holiday camp as he doesn't have time to look for my home? What am I paying for? This is breach of contract and is disgusting

Worst human beings yet

Worst human beings yet. They were entrusted to deliver heart meds on friday. three hundred mile trip they four days to do so. They dont give a rats ass that their mediocracy could cost a life and they really have nothing to say. Trying to speak with a human is near impossible. One star is like winning the lottlery for them.

absolute disgraceful

absolute disgraceful, fedex has my order since last week, is making no attempt to deliver, doesn't answer phone, leaves me on hold for up to 20 mins and then hangs up
no response to emails and online chat is a joke, will end up having to ask for a refund from vendor due to fedex' incompetence and lack of customer service.

The World is no longer on time with…

The World is no longer on time with FedEx. This company has gone from one of the best to the WORST. Customer Service staff seems bored and tired about the same complaints. You don't get your delivery when you're supposed to and they've become untrustworthy. You are better off sending your packages with UPS. Now everyone blames COVID, however, at UPS their service is much better.

FedEx Is the Worst Delivery Service

This is the 4th time FedEx lost my packages.This time it was two seperate orders. I have 2 different orders that were shipped to me this week and FedEx lost both of them. One of my orders was supposed to be delivered Tuesday and the other Wednesday and now they are both showing pending because they can't find them. It always occurs at their facility in Sparrows Point MD. I contacted FedEx and they said they will get back to me. This facility is notorious for misplacing packages, for that reason I will never order any product from any retail outlet that ships by FedEx again.
