Feefo Reviews 

I booked and paid for a spot at ArdenneCamping via Pitchup.be. The very next day, I received an email stating my booking was invalid because the campsite was full and couldn't accommodate me.

Naturally, I left a review on the website to share my experience. Pitchup reached out asking for details, so I forwarded my complete booking info, including the reservation number. A few days later, I received an automated rejection from Feefo stating my review couldn't be published because it was "left in the wrong section of the feedback form."

No surprise some companies manage to keep such high review ratings when negative experiences are silenced on technicalities, which was not the case.

I left a positive, useful review for a product purchased from Halfords and they declined it because I apparently mentioned pricing or a competitor company. Er, no I didn’t, what are you on about?
Won’t be doing Feefo reviews again, and you’ve earned yourself a 1 star review for incompetence!

Terrible experience with Feefo. Halfords used Feefo to get my review of their products/service, while I put a comment regarding their delay, Feefo rejected my comment by simply saying "in the wrong area of the form" but published my good review of the product. Feefo just simply want to keep the good comments and ignore the bad ones to please their customers (in this case Halfords), which is creating an incomplete review for the community. Keep your comments to yourself.

Lavede en kunde anmelde af NOVASOL gennem Feefo. Min anmeldelse blev aldrig blevet offentliggjort. Måske fordi NOVASOL fik “meget dårlig omtale”. Er kun positive anmeldelser der åbenbart kommer frem.

Non sono neturali, non pubblicano le recensioni negative. Ho acquistato un frigo Haier e dopo 3 mesi si è rotto, ho scritto una recensione con gli aspetti positivi e il problema che ho avuto ma è stata parzialmente respinta e non è per nulla visibile online (salvo il titolo "un frigorifero bello ma sfortunato"). Non ho usato un tono aggressivo, poco educato o con termini sconvenienti, un po' come in questa recensione. Ho scritto una email all'azienda come da loro indicato per avere maggiori informazioni e mi risponde dopo 2 secondi un risponditore automatico con un ciclostile in cui dicono che non possono farci nulla e di contattare il produttore del frigo, figuriamoci, sarà il solito muro di gomma.

Com next thing feefo sent email saying its been removed they only like putting positive feedback this is a very serious as its not giving a true reflect of people bad stays feefo are definitely onside of cottages and favour them instead of the real victims 0/10 feefoo being dishonest

Deres platform fremstår som et uafhængigt sted for kundeanmeldelser, men virkeligheden er, at de bevidst manipulerer og filtrerer i de tekster, folk tager sig tid til at skrive. Alt sammen for at beskytte deres kunder (virksomhederne) og skjule berettiget kritik. Det er decideret vildledning af os forbrugere.

Vi brugte for nylig tid på at skrive en ærlig og detaljeret anmeldelse af et lejet sommerhus. Fordi vores tidligere dårlige anmeldelser er blevet redigeret ukendelige af Feefo, valgte vi denne gang bevidst at skrive teksten på en måde, hvor kritik og ros var flettet så tæt sammen, at de kritiske dele umuligt kunne slettes, uden at hele teksten mistede sin mening.

Da Feefos "moderationsteam" opdagede, at de ikke bare kunne håndplukke de positive ord og slette resten, valgte de simpelthen at afvise og slette hele vores beskrivelse af sommerhusets fejl og mangler. Deres undskyldning var en tynd teknikalitet om, at teksten stod i en "forkert sektion".

Det eneste, de valgte at lade stå, var en tør, formel klage over en manglende tekniker – men de beholdt belejligt nok de stjerner, der signalerede, at vi "anbefaler" opholdet!

Resultatet er en fuldstændig usammenhængende, manipuleret Frankenstein-anmeldelse, der udelukkende er designet til at beskytte udlejningsbureauet. Vores reelle advarsler til fremtidige lejere om husets stand er fuldstændig censureret væk.

Det er dybt respektløst over for de kunder, der bruger tid på at give reel feedback. Feefos fremgangsmåde grænser til ren svindel, og deres stjernesystem er intet værd. Hvis en virksomhed bruger Feefo til at indsamle anmeldelser, så tag deres "høje" scores med et enormt gran salt – de negative anmeldelser er med stor sandsynlighed blevet slettet eller redigeret til ukendelighed.

was contacted by feefo on behalf of Halfords to review a recent purchase. I gave the product 4 bars out of 5 in the three categories and this registered as GOOD when I did so.
However when I saw the published review it showed 4 bars, the possible 5th bar being barely visible and was described as EXCELLENT. If 4 bars is excellent I wonder what superlative is used for 5!!!?
I believe that feefo have chosen to give the impression that a positive review was actually a superb one.
I am concerned that Halfords is possibly complicit in this misrepresentation of a review which I took the time to provide in good faith

Als private Vermieter (über NOVASOL) haben wir keine Möglichkeit, auf negative Bewertungen öffentlich zu antworten und unsere Sicht der Dinge darzustellen. Ebenso besteht keine einfache Möglichkeit, irreführende oder offensichtlich einseitige Bewertungen zur Überprüfung zu melden.

Dadurch entsteht ein unausgewogenes Bild, da ausschließlich die Meinung des Gastes sichtbar ist, ohne dass Vermieter sachliche Klarstellungen oder zusätzliche Informationen geben können. Gerade bei Ferienunterkünften (NOVASOL), deren Ausstattung und Aufteilung in der Beschreibung sowie auf den Fotos transparent dargestellt werden, ist eine faire Möglichkeit zur Stellungnahme aus unserer Sicht unverzichtbar.

Ein modernes Bewertungssystem sollte beiden Seiten die Möglichkeit geben, sich zu äußern und offensichtliche Unstimmigkeiten überprüfen zu lassen. In der derzeitigen Form empfinden wir Feefo daher als wenig ausgewogen und nicht ausreichend transparent.

Marts 2026 rejste min far og jeg (jeg er i kørestol) med det columbianske flyselskab Avianca fra Catagena til Medellin. Kaptajnen meddelte der var opstået tordenvejr i Medellin og vi måtte mellemlande i Pereira. Her ventede vi i et par timer, indtil kaptajnen skønnede, vi igen kunne flyve til Medellin. Dette medførte vi ikke nåede vores fly til Bogotá - London og København, samlet billet købt gennem Avianca.
I Medellin lufthavn nægtede personalet fra Avianca at hjælpe os. Deres besked var: ikke vores problem, køb nye billetter!
Vi endte med selv at betale: taxa, hotel, proviant og for min kørestol. Først efter tre dage kunne vi købe samlet billetter Bogotá - London og København.

Vi har aldrig oplevet noget lignende, hver gang vi kontakter Avianca bliver vi mødt med ligegyldighed og vores sag trukket i langdrag.

Dags dato har vi stadig ikke modtaget refusion.

A truly shocking experience. I left a one star review having purchased a car for just over £15k from a company called Fleet Sales Leicester Ltd. There was a mileage discrepancy with the vehicle because the mileage advertised did not match the mileage on the vehicle. Also numerous other issues. Despite providing proof of everything their staff were suppressing my review. Annoying and frustrating experience it worries me how many other consumer reviews have been suppressed to show the true picture of some car dealerships

Refuse to post my review warning others of a dodgy car dealer on Autotrader. Gave me an email to contest this which doesn't even work.

Worse than 1 star, why is there no zero?
I bought a slimline dishwasher from AO.com which I actually do like, and wanted to give it a good review and also mention some interesting quirks which would be beneficial to the purchaser, but I could see no way of leaving a review, so I rang AO, who spent 20 mins on the phone and eventually I found out later that they'd handed over their reviewing to "Feefo". I contacted Feefo, I had to fill in a form with proof of purchase and was told that I'd receive an invitation to review within 48 hours. Nothing happened. After 2 weeks I contacted them again, and instead of an explanation or apology I just got sent a repeat form, and the same thing happened, no link no reply. I tried a third time and couldn't believe that the same thing happened again. I tried one more time but this time threatened them with a bad review and I received a link.
I wrote the dishwasher review, it was positive, 4 stars, with a recommend to buy, but cause it had a few quirks listed IT WAS NOT ACCEPTED. I was furious. They seem to be making sure that nothing other than praise is accepted with no other mentions. I'm going to vote with my wallet and will be very unlikely to buy from AO again or anywhere else that uses Feefo.
Feefo were given multiple chances, all I wanted to do was to leave a simple honest dishwasher review.

I will not be removing this review.

Whenever I write an honest review on Feefo giving a one star or two rating for the product or service in question plus constructive feedback, it always seems to get rejected. Therefore assume only 'Good News' reviews accepted.
