Cassien is an excellent PT, he established my goals for the session and helped me push every ounce of energy till the end. I had a super workout, he knew where to correct my form and make subtle body adjustments that got me using my whole body. I felt electric and i would recommend Cassien to help achieve anyones workout goals

Had an excellent session .I love learning how my body is changing weekly and how it responds to the session .Simin is a great coach,encouraging and listening carefully to my concerns.
The rooms is warm and clean so it's very easy to relax and concentrate on the exercises.
I recommend it to everyone!

Started October 1st, had 6 weeks of sessions and already I can feel the results mostly in my stomach.

I have gone from 77.1 kg and to 74.7 Kg. This is with a few missed sessions. My body fat has gone down from 37.2% to 36.2%. Visceral fat went down 1.

Holly stepped in at short notice and ran a really great session. I'm still feeling it in my legs & glutes 2 days on! Even though I've been doing EMS for a while, she talked through each exercise which was a good reminder to focus on the technique. Really enjoyed it.

Ben is great! Had a laugh whilst he pushed us hard! We are going to feel it tomorrow! But cant wait for our next session!

I recently fell victim to a complete scam at the St John’s Wood branch of Feel Electric Gym. I signed up for a free trial, after which they offered me what I thought was a great deal – £40 per month for two sessions a week. I agreed, thinking it was a reasonable price, but didn’t realize they had hidden crucial details in the fine print.

After attending for three weeks, I noticed something shocking: £40 had being taken from my account weekly, a total of three times! I immediately complained, only to be told that the cost was actually £40 per week. Absolutely outrageous—I would NEVER have signed up for that.

I asked them to check the CCTV to verify the conversation I had with the manager, who clearly stated it was £40 per month. They agreed but have since completely ignored me. No responses to my emails, no updates on the CCTV footage—just silence.

During my time there, I had a few conversations with people who work there regarding payments and holidays, and how it works when I take a week off, not once did they correct me when I spoke of the £40 per month.

On top of this, their advertising is misleading. They show photos of miraculous weight loss, but after attending for weeks, my weight and size haven’t changed at all. Honestly, you’d get better results at a regular gym.

The gym itself? Filthy. The quality of the sessions completely depends on which instructor you get, and it’s clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction. They still haven’t refunded me for the incorrect deductions of £40 twice, and now they’re dodging me entirely.

This place is practically empty for a reason. Don't be fooled like I was. Make sure to read the fine print—or better yet, avoid Feel Electric Gym altogether. I regret every penny wasted here!

Very positive experience for my journey so far - back to training. Over 50 and menopausal and since I started training in the Acton branch (inside Fragola coffee shop) I have seen huge changes in my body, skin, energy levels and mood. Its super fast and you can feel all the muscles working. Why did I not start this sooner? Definitely recommend the Acton branch for a personalised one to one training experience. I feel seen!

I'm thoroughly enjoying the journey..My trainer, who I've named Mrs Electric is great..she encourages me to work harder & I surprise myself sometimes with stamina that I didn't know I had !!
Results so far are very good..
Muscle mass is increasing..Fats reducing and weight dropping..
The 20 mins workout is enough for me..im dripping with sweat at the end..I'd thoroughly recommend the EMS program.
