I absolutely love going for these sessions ..I feel much Fitter and my strength has increased greatly..and in only 20 minutes it's finished ..not like a regular gym session

Awful customer service. Filthy facility.
Trainers have no clue.
Equipment is not FDA approved.

A warm hello when I arrived. I was taken through a thorough explanation of how everything works and the equipment. I had a questionaire check and had the body scan. My trainer, Lisa, was very informative, patient, and she knows her stuff. She stayed with me throughout the session as I followed her expertise. The session did not feel like 20 minutes and she kept me motivated. For a trial session she needed to see how I handled everything and I'm aware she will increase the intensity as I progress. She's really friendly which helps and puts you at ease. I'm definitely signing up so I can get into a routine, see results and receive some more advice on nutrition, as well as feeling electric!.

I've had an outstanding experience with Cass. His sessions have effectively targeted my back pain and consistently helped me reach my weekly goals. Since starting four weeks ago, I've noticed a significant improvement. I I have become more resilient and eagerly anticipate every session.

Excellent induction and kept me at ease. Polite and friendly.

Another great workout with Carl today. He pushed me to the limit as always and I felt encouraged to do more. 5 stars!
It's such a shame that he's leaving the company as he's an excellent trainer with great interpersonal skills.

I have mobility problems and didn't know whether this was for me. It was truly right for me! I understood the instructions managed to do every exercise but most of all increased my motivation to do it again

This is a workout with electric technology, which is kind of a mix of TENS electrical stimulation and a special suit which stimulates assisted movement during an exercise workout. It’s quite an experience, and in general I’m very impressed, but although the trainer and the equipment were excellent, the experience itself was frankly pretty uncomfortable. I am nevertheless willing to continue with it, because I believe the health benefits will be worth it. Thomas, my trainer, was excellent; very sympathetic and thoughtful, and I felt in very good hands. I’m happy to recommend it, as good value and good people.

I really enjoyed today's EMS session! The workout was challenging but incredibly rewarding. The personal trainer was fantastic—always there to support and push me to give my best. His encouragement made a huge difference, and I appreciated how he tailored the exercises to bring out the best in me. I'm looking forward to the next session!

I have experienced significant frustration with this company due to their failure to cancel my subscription despite multiple requests. Even after completing all necessary payments to terminate the membership, they continue to charge me. Their lack of effective customer support further exacerbates the situation. I do not recommend using their services based on my negative experiences.

Shonal always pushes me and today she tried a new metabolism workout- it was tough but so rewarding when completed!! I highly recommend!!

Classes and Trainers are great however customer service not so. You have to send in a ticket and sometimes no one gets back to you. Should have a number to actually speak to someone.

Absolutely loved it.
My PT was so lovely and understanding.
As a big disabled lady I often feel very uncomfortable but not today. I really enjoyed being pushed that little bit. In fact I enjoyed it so much ,I’ve signed up to a one a week programme and hoping to progress over next few weeks.

Great studio with very friendly and knowledgeable trainers. They accommodate the workout around your aims and preferences… and their smile helps to push through the excercises as hard as you can.

Ricardo is a great ems trainer. Always pushing you to do better and push harder your limits.
I enjoyed my session today! It was difficult but worth it

I’m still recovering after Kai gave me the 5kg dumbbells, wow what a workout, exhausted doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt. But wow I’m so elated that they all push me further each time. I’ve gone from having a large extender for the vest, to a medium one to no extender in just 4 weeks. Thanks to Cass, Carl and Kai @ Clapham. It feels like torture but the results are next level. Very highly recommended and thanks Alice for the meal plans and all of your support, team effort!!!!!

I have been with "feel electric" for one year now and love it, gives me lots of stamina and strength. I have lost 2kg of fat and feel great. Highly recommend it. I go to Raynes park and my trainers are absolutely brilliant.

The customer support and payment plan is the worse ever. They are overcharging me and don’t fix the end date of the program. I would cancel immediately if I could. Still awaiting to hear on my request. After 5 classes didn’t feel anything positive yet. Let’s see.

Lisa was brilliant, the right amount of motivation given and the chat was what I needed as she could sense that I was having a bit of a hard time personally and just really took the time to listen to me and support me.
