Discount says applied but not when you’re checking out. Very misleading!

I have received poor quality products and service from this company, I will never buy a product or service from this company again. The customer service is terrible. My recommendation is to save your money and time by avoiding this company.

Refused my refund after not receiving.

Finally got a refund after I said I was gonna come to their office and take my money back .

These contact lenses are so very thin, easy to get in but continuous swiping to try and remove later in day is damaging my corneas! I I have complained and asked for refund but I think I'll just have to be in the moon forget the money wasted. Do not buy this contact lenses, rubbish

Customer service is useless they didn’t read my previous emails they had confirmed credit in previous email reply’s from you which hasn’t ever materialised
I have contacted trading standards regarding your totally lack of empathy and my medical problem caused by the use of your contacts which were rough around the edges
When I spoke to customer care over the telphone he was adamant the contacts would not of course a problem! And was totally uninterested and that you never had any problem! Which I canot believe really

Ordered glasses on 25th January 2023, and they arrived on the 28th January 2023. So far, so good, but sadly Feel Good Contacts dropped the ball by putting the wrong lenses in, despite having a copy of my prescription. I posted the glasses back on Wednesday 1st February, asking for the glasses to be switched for a replacement pair with the correct lenses. I received confirmation they had received the faulty glasses back on the 6th February 2023, but no indication that they would dispatch replacement glasses, just they would be in touch. On the 7th Feb 2023 I used their WhatsApp customer sevice number to see what was happening, only to be told they were checking they had received the glasses back (despite me having an email confirming they had received them) and that they would get back in touch within 48hrs.
Edit 27/2/2023 After a LOT of to and fro-ing I managed to eventually speak to a helpful member of the team who admitted they had fitted the wrong lenses and because of the confusion agreed to replace the glasses. I'm sat now typing this edit whilst wearing them, and despite all the hassle I'n very pleased with the glasses as they are exactly what I wanted. The couple of packs of Love Heart sweeties in the parcel were an added bonus.

I have used this company for over 5 years with excellent customer service and always recieved my order the next day as paid for delivered by Royal Mail through my letterbox. I placed my usual order on 31.1 23 I had an email from Evri to say they had attempted delivery but was unable to deliver my item. My letter box is working just fine. I then recieved 2 more emails through out the week saying they had attempted delivery (of my letterbox item) but could not deliver and were sending it back to FGC. I spoke to CS at FGC who said give them until the 8th Feb to deliver !! Ive paid for next day delivery and now have have been for a week with no contacts and really struggling to work on the computer at work with 2 pairs of glassses one for reading one for distance. I will unfortunately will be ordering from else where from now on. It is sad that such a good company has decided to ruin its reputation of excellence with using an awful delivery service.

Flimsy/poor quality lenses (and not the cheapest in the market). First batch of lenses were okay but not the most comfortable, however had issues with tearing on one occasion however put that down to dehydrated/ irritated eyes over the holiday season.

Second lot, I had 5 x contacts tear out of 15 pairs. I have worn contacts for over 15 years and never had a contact tear or become dislodged in my eye. For this to happen in a 2 week period 5 times shows this is clearly a product issue rather than user error. 2 x times the lense became dislodged and stuck at the back of my eye for days on end.

I have contacted the customer service team about this and they were flippant/ advised me it will be ‘looked into & shall proceed from there’. Also had the cheek to tell me to not throw the BOX out that the lenses come in as it contains a number they apparently don’t have access to (which will be on their order details from me).

Would suggest using other companies, even if they are marginally more expensive.

Order never received (three weeks on) and after almost daily live chat contacts and promises (or a delayed delivery, if a replacement order then refund ) I have seen no replacement or refund. You can tell the quality of a company by their actions when things go wrong. Feelgood contacts has been appalling. I am still chasing my money back almost a month on.

Delivery was very fast. I ordered the wrong item and the returns process was fine. However, when I returned the item, unopened, they refused to refund me and only offered store credit because apparently I couldn’t return 60 of 90 lenses, even though they came in individually wrapped packs of 30. I asked simply for the return of my property because I have no wish to shop there again. I have now received the same form email 5 times telling me I can’t have my money back. Haven’t asked for the money back, simply the return of the property I bought.

Worst Company Ever
I ordered contact lenses for my partner and I to go on holiday. I ordered these with 2 weeks' notice just to be sure, as these were needed for the water sports that we're hoping to partake in on our holidays.

A week before, I emailed asking about our lenses and why we hadn't received them. They tried acquiescing me of making a "fake claim", this was shortly lived as I asked them to check the tracking that they had provided. They said that they'd send new lenses, with next day delivery as we were then a couple of days short from leaving. On the day we left for our holidays I got a email saying that they'd processed my refund. When I was promised contact lenses to be sent. Was very disappointed with the service. Will definitely not use them again, they were the cheapest. But ruining my holiday was an annoyance I'd rather not have. A month later they email me saying I need to complete a form by tomorrow or they'll charge me for the lenses again. Once again, I directed them towards the tracking that they provided me. Absolute Knuckleheads if I ever met one.

Shipped lens knowingly there was a Royal Mail strike. Over £200 and it’s stuck in the system. I’ve been to the delivery office twice , another 40 mile round trip and the place is all locked up. Called customer services and they refused to refund me. Now I have No lens and they even charged £5 delivery ! I won’t be using them again. Avoid.

Ordered new lenses from these guys and when I tried putting them in, my right eye would not even take it in, the material is super flimsy and it kept warping. I had to open another lens to try if that would go in but to no avail. My left eye did take it and after 3 minutes I had to take it out as it was irritating my eye too much. Asked for a refund but have been rejected. It is probably news to them but since you physically have to open lenses for you to try them on, you cannot say that you only accept unopened packaging. This sort of product requires you to open it... Was promised to me by Amal that a manager wad to contact me, that never happened. I have a month's supply of a completely useless and worthless product and nobody is keen to resolve this.

Do avoid these scammers.

As per usual next day delivery is not next day deilvery, 3rd time now so will find somewhere else that is cheaper and delivers on time.

No customer service.
The chat link in the emails doesn't work.
No reply to emails.
For UK customers there are cheaper suppliers with at least some customer service.

Avoid until they pull their digits out their various orifices and get their faeces together.

They used to be very good. Service is excellent but I have noticed in the last couple of months that there is a change in the quality of lenses - these won’t balance nor stick to the finger, more rigid and a b@ll ache to put in. Lose more falling off my finger than installing on my eye! This happened previously with another supplier I used. Will be looking for another brand now as these are awful to put in. Before anyone says anything, I’ve been using contacts for over 25 years..

Let down again and I am now out of lenses. No good complaining as they dont care. Ordered the lenses in plenty of time and should have been delivered within 3 to 5 days. rang them as they hadnt turned up and they said I would get them in another 5 days. Then got email saying they will be 10 to 15 days before I get them. Cancelled order and will not use again. Found same lenses on different site with next day delivery for same cost as Feelgood

Gave them a try, have not been disappointed. Ordered one day, received next day with a small packet of Haribo and my two boxes of lenses, exactly what I ordered, in the size, sealed little boxes. Will be trying them out come 1 April as I still am wearing my last pair. I don't anticipate any problems as the lenses are in their sealed boxes from the manufacturer.

Inadvertently ordered the wrong power lens. Emailed the company twice to arrange a return and exchange. Couldn't be bothered to respond. Obviously this has the potential to be a repeat business but no customer service doesn't work for me!

After reading several positive reviews I decided to give feel good a chance but was left bitterly disappointed.I made an order and received poor quality lenses.I decided to email feelgood with the hope of a refund & found the customer service I received absolutely deplorable.They will try several underhanded tricks to avoid giving a refund & will refuse to listen to you as a customer.Clearly they only care about fleecing the consumer.I would recommend you avoid using feelgood and support your local opticians instead.
