I used Tyler and his team once again for the sale/purchase of a home in Nashville. The market isn't the best and I know peers have had difficulty getting offers. I was able to sell my home for full asking price and just using Felix saved me over $20,000 in commissions.

His team took professional photos of my property (used a drone and post processing). Providing top tier service! I had my home under contract in just 10 days and couldn't be happier.

With the recent judgement against realtors we see that sellers had/have been charged insane amounts of money on both ends of the transaction. Tyler and Felix are way ahead of the game and you are giving a used car sales person (traditional realtor) 20-30k extra by not using his service. There is no silver lining --- this is not to good to be true.

I am a first-time home buyer and just closed on my first home last week two days after Christmas. I sold my first home with Felix Homes, and Tyler made the process easy and enjoyable. I interviewed several agents before starting this process, and I felt totally confident moving forward with Tyler. He explained each step in terms that I could understand and talked me through his thought process in coming up with an ideal listing price in detail (his background in finance was extremely helpful for this part).
