We were looking for a quality realtor without having to pay the typical 3% commission considering the hot market we're in. We had worked with another local real estate company but were not satisfied with the lack of communication from our agent. In this market, timing is everything. After missing out on a house we liked, we then elected to go Tyler and Felix Homes. Tyler was prepared, data driven, and always responsive to any of our requests or questions. He went above and beyond in helping us find our dream home and sell our old home. I highly recommend Tyler and his team at Felix Homes!

Tyler and his team at Felix Homes were great to work with while selling our home in Old Hickory. Tyler provided great data and sales trends in our area to help us determine the sales price, advice on staging, and great photos and drone footage to showcase our property. We also loved the easy, automated process of confirming showings. Not only was the whole listing process great, thanks to Tyler's guidance we sold over asking within 3 days and saved over $13000 on commission! We highly recommend Felix Homes!

We recently sold our house using Felix and had a fantastic experience. The photos came out great and the access we had to our agent, Tyler was even better! They helped us yo fix the fence that got broken due to nature climate (thunderstom). They when they sold the house, they helped us return every device Like internet and TV to the carriers (because we dont live in the State we had the house).
