From the moment I walked into FFD Furniture Design, I knew I was in good hands.
I came in with an idea for a bespoke banquette bench for my new kitchen, and thanks to Tamara, Faustas, and the entire team, that idea became something even more beautiful than I had imagined.
Tamara's knowledge, patience and attention to detail were exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, guided me through the different design options, helped me choose the perfect fabric, and never once made me feel rushed. Her advice and experience gave me complete confidence throughout the whole process.
The showroom is full of inspiration, and their design software made it so easy to visualise the finished piece before it was made. Communication and follow-up were excellent from start to finish, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely cared about getting every detail right.
When my banquette bench was delivered, I was absolutely thrilled. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the quality is exceptional. I also want to mention the delivery team, who were fantastic. They treated my new furniture and flooring with such care and respect, positioned everything perfectly, made sure I was completely happy, and tested everything before they left. It was service like that which really sets a company apart.
This kitchen has been a dream of mine for a long time, and the banquette bench has become the heart of the room. Every time I walk in, I can't help but smile. It's everything I hoped it would be, and I'm so grateful to Tamara, Faustas, and the entire team for helping turn an idea into something I'll enjoy for many years to come.
