I first used Jason, 11 years ago when I divorced and need to seek a mortgage on my own which I found very difficult not being in the position before. He gave me the best advise and got me a great mortgage. He gave me great advice and guidence. I have just renewed my mortgage for the third time and the process was seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone that needed help with finance issues.

Jason was a support that I didn’t know I needed. He was absolutely amazing from beginning to end and always ensured I was aware of all the details. I was a completely vulnerable customer having just left a difficult marriage and needing to start over again with two children as a single mum. He was soo reassuring and knowledgable. I never felt uncomfortable and he made sure I felt confident in my decisions. Highly recommend him and can’t see myself getting this far without his support. Thanks to him, I am now in my new home. Jason was recommended by a friend as my husband and I were first time buyers. We honestly didn't know what we were eligible for, or even if we'd go for a mortgage. There are so many options out there, and our bank hadn't given us a very exciting option.
Jason made the whole process so simple and straightforward. He answered a lot of our questions and really took a lot of our worries away about what was possible for us.

Jason is absolutely amazing in his field, what all advisors told me I couldn’t borrow for a certain lender Jason sorted in a fraction of the time. If it wasn’t for Jason I wouldn’t be in my new home. I contacted jason around 18months ago after loosing hope in getting a mortgage due to other brokers not being able to assist. Jason was amazing! As a contractor it's always a nightmare going through the mortgage process however Jason made the whole process so stress free. Responded to questions really fast with no need to chase. Gave outstanding advice from start to finish and I feel I got more than my moneys worth. Don't think I'll use anyone else in the future and highly recommend FG & Cook financial services to anyone, but particularly to contractors.
