Worst internet ever had , worst customer service ever had … bought a new build so tied in to the net & they know it & abuse the situation because you can’t do a thing about the poor net & service & they know it … 5 hubs , 4 engineers , drops out constant & picture quality varies & buffers on sky ??!
Avoid !!!

Bought new build house had no choice to go with this internet provider which is the worst and most expensive I’ve ever had.
Will change provider as soon as I can.

I broke my routers Fiber cable and the engineer was round the day after I called HQ. Marcus a very nice chap came and fixed it and even updated my router. He called me 1 hour before he arrived and went above and beyond. Very happy

Fibrenest’s set up process was a huge faff. Far too over complicated and convoluted. Once I managed to do that, I called customer service with huge 81 minute wait times - turns out there was a hardware issue and they needed to send an engineer out… who strictly works 8am-4pm. Failed service. Can’t wait to change.

The guy stayed for 5h of troubleshooting after 3 months of back and fourth with support. He didnt give up and finally managed to narrow down the issue.

Poor service... excessive down time.. Persimmon homes way of extortion...

The worst Internet and service out there! Overpriced, unreliable and massively behind their competitors. If it wasnt for the fact persimmon force you to use this awful service they wouldn't have any customers through choice. AVOID AT ALL COST.

It's been one week since we moved in to our house and so far the Internet is good. We have Internet pack for £37 Superfast Full Fibre 125Mb and is really good 👍 plus 2 additional boosters on each floor.

Great Internet connection, fast and no issues after initial set up. The customer services staff are very helpful. I can't fault the WiFi connection or the staff who helped me when I first set my Internet up and connected to my devices.

Worse internet I ever had and I used to have virgin media. Would not recommend.

Be aware that it comes already installed in some houses now and you don't have a choice but to have it. They're the most expensive WiFi I have ever had and the WiFi doesn't actually work 80% of the time. Currently paying £33 pm but it's going up next year to £35. This internet dips out multiple times a day, even watching tv is near impossible sometimes and it takes forever to come back on. It's daylight robbery and you're forced to have them because it's already installed into your home. I'm also on the cheapest package they provide, I was on the most expensive but it was just as bad so I changed to the lower price package with them and there is no difference in performance.

This is the worst provider I have been forced to use. Over the last week I have the internet drop out while on important business calls and while working from home, this has now meant I have started working from the office more often. Persimmon Homes needs to sort this issue out, customers are being held to ransom......

I received a very prompt response from Alan who attended the property first thing the following day. He installed a new router and supported the activation of this. The job was completed without any fuss and all devices automatically linked to the new router.
Alan was friendly and informative and also knowledgeable about the issues experienced.

Do not get fibernest infact there owners persimmons must have the biggest red neck in building history
Simply put if you buy a home from this company you get fibre nest installed before your move if it isn’t already there
Second you can opt out giving 30 days notice
Thirdly there’s no other provider allowed to operate on persimmons land… your screwed quite simply
The problems we have had with signals and even getting in touch with them it’s a joke

We moved in to Wellington Gate site, Grove, Wantage June 21st 2024 and had a couple of issues with gaining access to the internet. This was due to other contractors damaging the fibre optic cable. Our Fibrenest engineer Luke worked round the clock to get the issue resolved. Luke was so professional and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Was able to connect to WiFi on moving in day with no issues, updated provided prior to connection via a personalised email
