Other than telling us to repeat what we had already done ( switch system on and off) I don't know what else was done. No one else had apparently reported any issue on our development so still unsure... Toon meer

What is FibreNest? FibreNest is a new provider of ultrafast, full-fibre broadband and voice communication services. We deliver 100%, totally unlimited full-fibre optic internet access directly into new Persimmon Group homes across mainland England, Wales and Scotland - supported with excellent standards of customer service. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

New router but broke after one day

I received a new router but after a day, the router was not working anymore. Called the support and we tried a few things. Unfortunately this didn't help and now a engineer has to come. I am happy with the support but disappointed about the quality of the router.

Sub standard network, strong customer support

The service overall isn’t always great, the broadband can feel slow and the way it was installed into the house was ridiculous, in the corner of 2 external facing walls away from the centre of the house. But recently when needing support setting up a new router the support team were extremely helpful. Jacob L was very patient and helpful and communicated clearly and I really appreciate it

Disappointed with the internet service…

Disappointed with the internet service and failed attempts to sort an issue during a six week period earlier this year.
Fibrenest team eventually sorted the problem and there have been no further issues.

Switch on and off

Other than telling us to repeat what we had already done ( switch system on and off) I don't know what else was done. No one else had apparently reported any issue on our development so still unsure why ours decided not to work this afternoon

I was having issues with my connection…

I was having issues with my connection after someone installing wallpaper accidentally messed with the fibre optic cable. Pawel came out first thing the next working morning and replaced the cable incredibly quickly. Really impressed with the fast response and excellent service from Fibernest.

Fed up

Still locked estate refuse to pay prices they are not competitive or fair can’t wait to be able to go elsewhere as well as this the website is rubbish and you can’t choose your own package and change as and when just not worth the headache nice to see all the fake review still giving 5 stars must be a thing you do on sites also sold to bbuk with any luck they’ll just flog it off
