We deliver 100%, totally unlimited full-fibre optic internet access directly into new Persimmon Group homes across mainland England, Wales and Scotland - supported with excellent standards of customer service. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

Just moved into a new build, everything that could have gone wrong was going wrong including my internet didn’t work, called customer support and was helped over the next few hours by one of the support and he was brilliant. By the end of the day we hadn’t sorted and it looked like we needed an engineer to come out BUT the support guy kept looking in to this behind the scenes and continued escalation when needed. Next morning he phoned to say it was sorted and to check a few things and that I wouldn’t have to wait 3 days for an engineer. I know it should have worked from the beginning, but the support was brilliant because support wouldn’t let it go, they were determined to sort this. Thank you!! Much appreciated.

I've been having SHOKING experience. The developer sais we had to sign up to Fibre Nest so It was done since first day I moved in. Till today nothing been resolved. Tech support is wasting time. They couldn't resolve the problem since first day. Won't recommend

Mark called in good time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and immediately started diagnosing the issue. After his checks, he recognised it was a physical issue and swapped out the ethernet cable. Mark also noticed that the casing around the optic coming into the property had come loose and replaced that as well.
Mark was very thorough in testing that ALL previous devices were working after the fix (including the ring door bell, my car charger and connectivity in my outdoor office). Mark is everything you want in a situation like this - pleasant and efficient.
My only issue is that I wish FibreNest had sent Mark sooner rather than trying to diagnose the issue remotely for 5 days.

The set up was as expected as is the service. We are in a new build so fibrenest was our only option at this stage. It is incredibly expensive and for that reason we will move over to a new provider as and when new providers arrive on the estate.

When my broadband had problems I contacted Fibrenest and had an immediate response. An engineer visit was organised and the repair carried out as quickly as possible. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and it's great to know that if anything goes wrong in the future I can rely on getting it fixed without a hassle.
